looks small for 3 weeks old. but judging from the pic you are just using a couple 23w CFL's so growthwill not be super fast anyways.

you should look into building a reflective enclosure and getting more lights if you want that plant to turn out nice.

C'mon, don't be shy.......
Give us the watering, lighting, temp, PH, all the goodies:mrgreen:
What kind of soil is that?
The leaves look a little light, like she may be hungry, and the mild stretching would indicate she's got sunglasses on waiting for more light:blsmoke:

Doesn't look too bad to me. She seems hungry as stated above. A small shot of N should help. And get her out of that milk jug quick. You aren't doing the new roots any favors. It's probably to early to transplant but, get some sort of cover around that jug so the roots are nice and dark all the time.

Ditch the bloom nutes for now. She's pretty young so i'd only do a quarter tsp of grow for now then work your way up. Hope this helps.

keep it real.

we cant tell you how much to use but i do not suggest you use what the bottle says because she is small and in a small pot. i think a 1/4 strength of the lowest dosage should get you started and slowly work up from there. your lighting will be fine as long as you get her into a reflective area with some sort of home made reflector for the lights flat white will be the best cfl lights are very good for growing but you MUST utilize there lighting and get the light in the right area and not allow the light to run away. because you are using cfls you should really low stress train her either bend her over and tie her down or place a screen over her and grow her into a screen (scrog) cfl lights are very strong lights but only up to about 4 inches away if you can get an even canopy you can get some very nicce high quality meds using cfls, there is nothing wrong with cfls but they require alot of work to get it right.. but its not hard. try to keep your plants short but very wide because the lights are so weak afar.
