First Grow...Lighting and Floor set up help needed.

Rains def a problem last year. I had to improvize all sorts of cover. Carports raised on log legs I cut. 10x10 popups. Teepees out of pine logs. A rope between trees up high to make an A-frame. all covered in clear plastic. Had to make sure I had good air flow at all times. It seems to be a must if you don't want to harvest early or risk all the damage rain brings. I also suggest to surround your plant with a wire fence to support the branches and the plnat as it grows. It also will help support the occasional pheasant ;)

Now that the birds are sold, im gonna roll up the wire floor and put some plants in all the quail shit. let em grow right up in there and put the tarps on and off as needed for rain.

during the summer in dry climates is there any hosing down your plants, they would prolly dry in an hour. If it's ok what is the point you keep the water off them. like last few weeks?

once they go to flower you want to try and keep moisture off them. I didn't spray them down but they did get hit with spray from sprinklers in the am most every day till flower started. Then I turned the sprinklers not to hit them.

Looks like you have a killer outdoor setup going. How many plants do you think you will put in there? Height may be an issue unless you bend or top them depending on strain and when you get them in the ground.
I like the open ends and sides of your "greenhouse", lets it breath well and keeps air moving when it is raining out. That's the best design I think. I had to roll up my sides and open up the ends to allow for the same.

Height wise if i take out the mesh floor it should go 9 ft. its covered in that expensive assed bird netting. the bottom two ft on the sides is covered in hardware cloth so the birds didnt keep chewing on the netting. so it's solid. But it would be great to tie things off in because you cant tear it. it's all woven UV material.

Plus the pvc loops are 1 1/4 in. so there thick it has stood up to the high winds we have pretty good. if I keep all plants to the right they should bend easily over to the middle. The right gets good sun all day. I got ten irrigation valves on the left next to the garage. im not using 4 of them so water would be a breeze.

sounds like you got a plan going. that hoop idea is cool just kind of scared of the wind.

Wind what wind lol, been up a year so doing fine think cause it has some flex it just rolls with the punches no problem, plus i think the curve in it just lets the wind roll right over. I called the couple in oklahoma last year just to ask and she said they had 60-70 mph winds no problem. I thought we had bad winds lol

Thanks lets tackle this. Let me know if im screwing up, cash is the factor here.. Floor...I want to put down my black plastic "its thick" and over it put down a silver tarp. I'm gonna put on some double sided carpet tape so it doesnt slide. Sides will be up in case of spill like a pool. Space is not a prob. I have 150 sq ft.

I build computer rooms so you will never see me light up my ass with electrics on the floor. LMAU or Lighting My Ass UP.

Lights.. veg will be 2 cmh 400 watts plus 8 flouro 6000k. 18/6
Bloom will be 2 cmh 400 watt and 1 1000 watt hps. 12/12
room temp 70 deg and 28% humidity

Mycorrhizae for roots
Flora grow and bloom

Strains:
Barneys Farm LSD Feminized
Barneys Farm Vanilla Kush Feminized
Freebies:
UFO#1 Dinafem Seeds California Hash Plant
UFO#2 Dinafem Seeds Powerkush
UFO#3 Dinafem Seeds Moby Dick

I also have 10 acres and can plant outdoors if recommended. Desert climate, sandy loam soil Yakima river borders my property, surrounded by vineyards and hops. Soil is awesome.
1st pic im to the center left "big part of river" of river the white place to the right of the trees that looks like a choo choo lol. I have irrigation now and doing hay so can plant outdoors.
So soil is good. Security is fine, my private road is 1320ft and has a hidden road sensor.

Let me know what to grow or where to grow lol
thanks
btw all the green fields at the base of the hill at the top are all grapes, you should smell this. 10 miles of them to the right.
Your lucky ;-)
Im no expert and never done out door but if you can,I think it would be much better for you (you need good weather though).
Others will advise on that,as for indoor I can help a bit.
You can do it on a budget, all the pumps your using on them smaller buckets will work on bigger buckets,if big yields what your after I would say transfer to 90l buckets and do 1 instead of 3.
I have bought a tiolet ball valve to put in my water for a auto top up,very cheap.

Do a journal mate, put all your equipment down and explain what you have, what youd like and so on.
It will give us a better view and be easier for you to follow as well as every one else.
If you dont have to worry about smell, you dont have much expensive to get.

You have loads of options.
I was thinking what I would do if I was in your shoes you lucky bugger.
I would do a big shed or green house, depending if weathers good a roof that would come off so I wouldnt have to use my lights (if the sun is good by you).

I would build a massive bed,say like a shallow pool, use the plastic sheeting to stop natural earth getting in.

So picture this,a empty pool but 2 feet deep.
Fill it with best soil for weed,
get a water bin attached to timered sprinklers,
plant 1 seedling/cutting every 3x3 ft,
either get a 600w hps on a motorised (cant think of a name for it) like a rail so it can move the light forward and backwards ( what ever your desired lengh but for example, you say doing 1 every 3x3ft you have a row of 10 with 1 every 3ft,your light goes up and down that row of 10 over a set time, this would mean you have less lights but still getting light to all.
If weathers good by you,you could do with out the light and take the roof off when sun is good and not.
you could do the roof with a plastic and use the same idea with a rail and motor to open and shut the roof (just like a convertable car)
You get what I mean?
yes a bit of work but it not in your house and it would be easy once set up,you coud put every thing on timers!!and just top up water bin with nutes when need be.
I know it wernt the best description but hope fully youl get what I mean.
I would deffo be thinking along them lines with the land you have available.
Or use massive poly tunnels??not sure what there caled in USA but there poy tunnels here, there huge and you could easily do a motor with rai to save on electric and buying loads of lights

Thats what id be doing my man

Don't want to sound negative cuz it looks kinda cool. Why go to the extra effort to add the drip ring?
each to there own but I think some people use them on timers and dont use the bubbler or keep there roots in the nutes.
I like to do both with 24/7 f&d and bubblers.
Keeps the water flowing on the pebbles and stops the going moldy.
Think I might let mine dry a little this time and timer the f&d cuz I found loads of mold on the rockwool the last time.
Pebbles were good but rockwool was a bit moldy.

Thanks guys at this point im locked into the drip rings for indoors, I did build a tunnel last year that i might convert over with clear poly and plant some outdoors too. Just trying to get room set up someone has offered me some clones and I also have had my 12 seeds root, just put them in rockwool last night and today.

thanks bro, i got set up, 100% germ rate from attitude. so cool. but the two out of three plants i transplanted from stumps look a little sickly. cant figure it out.

Ok my worries are these two plants the strain is unknown i'm told the bigger back one is permafrost and it looks good.

Seedlings 007.jpg
My seedlings are coming up fine in the drip buckets

Seedlings 002.jpg
This transplant is suddenly getting some yellow dry leaves.

Seedlings 005.jpg
Same plant just closer

Seedlings 006.jpg
All three plants the one in back looks nice and green all over told its permafrost.
the one on the right in front has some yellow tinges to the leaves and some dark or black spots on them.

Seedlings 003.jpg
Not sure if you can see the spots on the leaves

Seedlings 004.jpg
Same one on the right.

I just for kicks dropped my seeds in my aerogarden and they all popped too.
