What have you been feeding them?
Exactly a week a go it looked like in the attached photo I had fed it nothing until then and they were showing roots in the small cubes. So I soaked the bigger rock wall cubes in ph stable ro water let them drain then soaked in ro water with canna aqua veg and canna Rhizo tonic and little calmag the water was 0.5 ec and ph of 5.5. I let them drain again for a while then placed my small rock wall cubes in side of them and put them back in to propergator. It’s now a week on since this photo

That's pretty slow growth. My gut says your not feeding them enough. I assume they're ant living in the propagator forever, what's their final destination? DWC, flood and drain, DTW?

I've never used rockwool but they look hungry to me, and if it's anything like coco or clay pebbles they should be getting watered with a nutrient solution every day at this point.

Sorry I forgot to say I have been spraying the top of the rock wall once a day with the solution I made up last week, roots are showing on the bottom of the big cubes now my plan was to put them in to dwc pots tomorrow but they look very small still so was thinking to hold of. Last night I raised my light because I though it could be that I’m using 660w led

Whats the actual light your using?

Sounds like they are getting fed then. When I did DWC I moved them into the buckets as soon as their first true leaves arrived, but honestly I haven't messed with it in a while. I've been coco or soil only for a few years now.

I have it dimmed as low as it can go and it’s not been that close, fingers crossed someone will come up with something

You need to soak those rock wool cubes at least once every 2 days.

for now I would use your 0.5EC solution and water daily.

in rock wool if you don’t supply the nutrient they can’t feed.

soak the cube every day.

I’m presuming you have a flood and drain system waiting to take these soon?

There going to be put in to net pots into a alien rdwc 4 pot 36 litre system, should I just dip the rock wall into my nutrient soloution and put back in to the propagator? I have been cautious to not over water the last week and this would make sense

What ever you decide they need daily feeding.
