Spider willl be a nice light . Both are in the same realm . Spider pulling ahead in performance over Mars . And I would do as Doug advised and backfill and pot up .

No worries, charge the media in the new pot with the same nutes as you are using on current pot and be gentle. You want the current home and new home to feel the same to the plant.

I have 3 auto's in here. Only planted 1 seed. I pruned the little runt branches.
For shits & giggles I cloned them. The one in the cup.. eh... but the one in the 1gal pot..is going to give me more than the missing branch would have.
Probably double.
It will grow. Just stunted at this stage, but plant will still live out it's cycles. You may pause the clock on it, but it still finishes out.
The clones vegged each for 3 weeks before starting to flower. Same as the plant I cut from.

Main cola.. from the 1gal pot. Bigger than the main cola on the original plant.

It's just about done actually. Finishing sooner than the mama. (I think she's done too...lol I just keep hearing "2 more weeks... ok 1 more week" in my head)
She's been going for almost 13 weeks. closing in on 10wks flowering time.

You can always use those lights you were using as side lights later on if needed.
So far I'm liking the Spiderfarmer light my gf got me. Course I'm only 4 days in lol.

Weed is very resilient, it loves being tied up , cut up, bent , twisted .... you did it a favor. Get a nice breeze on her and that will help sturdy it up as well .
I have an oscillating fan on it right now

The cup will probably only yield 7g dry.. if that. The 1gal pot however looks like I'm gonna get a solid zip out of it.
It's top heavy like a mf. She is 29" tall from the soil. The pot is only about 9" tall
Gonna have to strap a couple bamboo's on her to keep that baseball bat stable. The lower branches on it are the size of the colas on the mother.
