OK so I have some pics here. Im just not sure about it I think its abit thin but see what you guys think.. Thanks for your replys its nice to know im not on my own because there seems to be lots of things that can cause the same sort of problem so its hard to know the right way to go when I have not much experience with growing (plenty with smoking though lol) DSC_1159.JPGDSC_1160.JPG

I didn't even see the lights they're so smol lol... ya man, more light. How big is your grow area?
It looks like a 35 watt bendable grow light I actually have. It works fine for small seedlings but needs to be very close to them or they stretch. He says the plants are 6" tall so I am going to have to assume that is just for seedlings as I can't imagine growing a plant in an 8 or 9 inch tall box. I guess some folks do little micro grows but I know nothing about them.

Don't use tinfoil for walls, it creates hot spots. Use mylar or safety blankets work
Those lights will not get you a good grow, at all.
You need to spend some money here
Minimum you need some really strong CFLs, and a lot of them.
Best case scenario, spend $100- $200 atleast on a quality LED
You might already be screwed though. That plant is really stretchy, you will have a hard time taking that to flower.

Looks like you started with your lights way too high. The plant stretched allot and now the nodes are much closer together since they are close to the light. What light is that? I am just guessing it is very low power. You may want to figure out a way to lower it for seedlings so you can avoid all that stretching.
Hi its a 35w bendable x3 led I was thinking this I have had the leaves praying when the the light is on so I guess its more the right hight now. Do you think it is worth a gamble at repotting in a bigger pot to shorten that stem

How big is that grow area, painted white Matt works better than cheap mylar like safety blankets, how big is your grow area.

Yes you can replant lower in a bigger pot,, be very careful not to damage roots and bury about 20cm below first leaves, then bring light down or raise plant.
