First Hermi.. Hash now? PLease advise

Hi folks. I've never had a plant go hermi on me & not sure what to do. I am in 4th week of budding & I noticed the balls appear. I have been pulling them off as i find them but I'm positive I've missed a few just by shear numbers.

I vegged this plant for months & lst & topped her so she has 32 heads so its a real shame because I;ve put so much time into her. BUt worse I have her in with another plant also 3rd week of budding. I can safely assume they are both fucked now?

Questions is, do I grow them both out & harvest the seeds anyways, & turn the plants into some BHO type thing or what's the deal?

Also, I have sprouting another 3 seeds to start vegging. In my budding area, do Ihave to wash the whole area with bleach type thing to get rid of any pollen that may be around?

A local grower said the seeds would be female so its a mixed blessing. He used seeds from a plant that had the same issue a few years ago & gave him a mason jar of seeds that have all been female for him so far.

We both just grow a plant or 3 at a time for ourselves.

I think it went hermi due to light issues. I left a night light on in the general area where I grow & the tarp I was using to section off the grow area isnt light proof but its in a dark area of the basement where there is no other sounces of light. IT was the glow of the light through the sheet that caused this Im sure. No other issues, not hot, humidity's a bit low, 400 watt hps light fan gentley blowing over the tops..

sniff.. was a thing of beauty.. sigh..

Hey, Just keep removing the pods...I use a damp cotton ball...So you get s33ds...To me not a big deal...Does it F-up an otherwise perfect grow? Not for me; but I grew up with s33ds in the sixties & seventies...All a matter of perspective...Does potency suffer? Not that I can tell...FWIW

I agree, its not that big of a deal, atleast not for me, sure its annoying and yea your over all yield might suffer a bit, but quality/potency is the same and the seed`s you get will be Femi if its from a Femi plant, but might also have the tendency to hermi ?

my LSD strain have a tendency to do so, I had it once on my second time growing them and got 100ish seed`s been growing them ever since with great success, all female and all healthy, tho it still carry the trait, now on my 3th grow of them seed`s and just experience it agin, a few lower male ball`s ( I found 8 )

but since I do keep a eye out and was fast with the vacum cleaner and made a good prune afterwords, I think I got most, sure you can`t get em all, I will get seed`s and its ok with me, Im not going to trash the plant 4 week`s before harvest after +10 weeks of grow, I just hate top Bud`s full of em, that also hurt the yield a lot, a few seed`s low down is perfectly fine, IMO, if you catch em in time, and only have a few and they don't keep to reappear you will get 10% less yield but thats about it, instead you get 20-30 Femi seed`s if you don't catch em in time and don't do anything and they keep appearing and spreading pollen, your yield will be cut in half, and it will take longer to prepare the smoke the smoke it !

I've gotten messages saying the seeds are garbage & I've gotten messages & word of mouth in person that the seeds will be female & fine. Guess time will tell

Although I only grow for me I'm a bit of a packrat with seeds so I have both bag seeds from what ever i've picked up & then I have probably 3 or 4 strains I;ve purcahsed. Just bought The Church from Greenhouse. So I have lots to experiment with.

Will the "balls" keep growing or once I rip them off are those sites now safe?
