so shit the breaker for my room is dead and I have everything attached to an extension cord from a separate circuit. I looked up a DIY video on how to replace them and I think I'm gunna give it a try. Also my air pumps were plugged into the same cord that my timer was on, so they were off at night. I switched the cords for the air pumps so they are on 24/7 now and they grew 2" last night. Flowers are starting to form and the room REEKS! I have my PPM's at 1470 now and they are loving it! Pics tomorrow....

Here are some pics from today. Nothing too exciting, but they are starting to form buds now and they keep growing at least an inch a day.

Lookin good man, that stem is hella fat! You should yield nice and big! Im only a week or so behind you, im hella stoked! But damn your already running 1400ppm's? Damn i guess i need to bump it up cause im only at 700 or so..

I was at 700 a little more than a week ago and I just bumped them up every couple of days and watched how they reacted. I just added more nutes yesterday and it jumped to 1500. The motivation responded to the nutes better than my armageddon, so yeah I would say bump your ppms to 1000 and see how it looks.

EDIT- I just noticed my ppm's are climbing which indicates my plants are drinking more than they are eating, so phelps I wouldnt go over 1300 ppm next week. I just added a gallon of water and the ppm's are at 1480 now. It had climbed to 1590 before I diluted it.

Word thanks for the info, ill be sure sure to bump it up, im going to do exactly what you did as far as bumping it up everyday to see how they react because i think my motivation is sensitive to nutes... But maybe that was just in the early veg stage..

Hey JB i just chopped my lowryder #2 last night... Im so glad i accidently topped it cause i got only good nugs, hardly any popcorn nugs.

Hell yeah man sometimes shit happens for a reason. And yeah my motivation was sensitive at the beginning but now shes strong and seems to take anything I throw at her.

Buds are starting to form nicely now with some frosty leaves already. PH is pretty stable, it drops .1 every 2 days. Roots are healthy, a little darker because of the higher nute concentration but nice and fluffy. They are still stretching about 2 inches every 24 hours. My power went out for an hour today right before the lights were supposed to switch on, so I had to uncover the windows and I had flashlights on the dark areas until they came back on. I had to reset my timer so I hope I have everything back to normal. I've read that even a 15 minute change in the light cycle can set the plants back a week or two. I don't know but now I'm kinda worried. Anyway here are a couple pics from today...

Yeah man that flora micro can somewhat stain the roots so thats def understandable... As far as the 15 minute difference, i call bullshit.. In my opinion 15 minutes isnt enough to do shit to a cycle, if you think about it in nature the light cycle changes everyday to some extent, if the 15 minute rule was true then it would be hard for plants in mountain climates to ever reach full potential.

I honestly wouldnt worry to much about it man, i think you will be fine.

Looking good! As i have a coulple of motivation growing now i'm quite interested in your progress. It looks like you topped your plants, yes? If so more than once?

Actually they are all natural. I haven't done any training or topping. I did take out some lower branches when I switched 12/12, but that's it. I used shop lights on the sides to keep the side branches healthy. They stretched out nicely and caught up pretty well with the tops. The motivation is a crazy weird plant. It's very finicky and I don't know if I'll grow it again.

Quick update with a few pics. They are some thirsty girls now. I've been adding 2 gallons a day. I added some more Flora Bloom and cal mag. I'm getting nervous because my biggest plant is still stretching and I only have about 6 inches until my light touches the ceiling. Hopefully she will stop soon.

Ok some change has occurred. The plants have not grown at all in 2 days. They haven't been drinking much water or nutes, and the bud development has slowed down too. I'm thinking this might be due to the power outage and the interruption in the light schedule. Or they just stopped stretching (I hope). My girl blew another fuse with the fucking vacuum cleaner, so the light was off for another 15 minutes. That's 3 times the light has been shut off out of schedule in the past 2 weeks. Fuck. I need to rethink my electrical situation next grow. If my girl blows another fuse I'm going to rip her throat like fucking MacGruber lmao.

lol same problem bro...it's hair dryers with me... It's only 10pm to 10am just observe the schedule! sigh, they will never learn.

Oh, I use a flood and drain system and I haven't had any problems with it. I flush once a week and scrub the tank and tray with bleach twice and rinse the roots with tap water for a few seconds. Bacteria hasn't been an issue yet or fungus. If I got questions I'll ask you guys though. ;)

Thanks man. Things are going good, I'm expecting a pretty decent yield. The bud sites are getting really frosty. I'm currently researching something I can add to make the buds swell to the max. Any input would be great.....
