First Indoor Grow In Shed 600w Journel

Hey Smurfy, where did you get your digital ballast from? I got a digital ballast from Yescom USA last week and it arrived with a broken fuse. No store in town carries this fuse, so I have been waiting for them to send me a replacement so I can even see if this P.O.S. is gonna work or not. Lucky,I'm still sprouting under cfl's, so I have a little time before I get too pissed... For your space, you have a lot of plants. You may want to trim out some of the weaker looking ones so your keepers have plenty of room to spread out. Good luck, it's looking nice!

thanks for the comments guys, growmo, i am in uk and got mine online. as for the amount of plants i will leave them all there, i wanted to try lolipopping them, we will see how bigh they get maybe i will pull a couple of the weakest ones ??

here they are at 3 weeks. all looking fine after re-potting. am going to start nutes tomorrow

so far i havent introduced any nutes, but as of tomorrow i will be. i have bought biobizz grow and bloom and top max, the heaven is a bit too much money.

You don't have to use the expensive stuff. Look for the right numbers for the stage your in and it should work. Always start with about a quarter the recommended dosage at first to be safe. Don't want to burn your pretty girls.

Nice grow so far dude, though 5 in one pot i know there small but yeh they get tangled ...roots grow very quickly. quicker than most would think.

i am going to change to flowering in 5 days time, the girls are already touching each other, so do i keep them all or weed out maybe 6.
anybody please input, the more i get the easier it will be to decide, oh and for the record next grow i think i weill do only 5 nplants.

I would keep all of them, thin the lower branches out, use those cuts to make clones for your next batch, and watch the buds grow. You are on the way to success. Nice job so far.
Of course, the decision is entirely up to you.

yes i was thinking to take the bottom set of branches of as they are already stretching up to the top of the plant

cheers Yelm nice input if only i had the room and extra light for clones but an amazing idea for next grow, i will be getting maybe a 250w for clones that way i will never have to buy another seed

so i just chopped off the bottom set of branches and they look a lot better now, more airflow too,
and note the bigger fan its a stand up one but i took off the legs and screwed to the ceiling, ha ha.



oh i wish i knew a grower near me as i just binned about 40 possible clones

if it was me mate i would of put the clones in a window in the day and a small desk lamp over them until you got a small fluorescent, im in the uk too mate, as im an electrician i have loads of spare lights lying around if you was close enough to me you could have some for free ...... have you got a contactor in between your timer and light? if not after some time your timer contacts might weld them selfs together and then your light might not turn off... just keep n eye on it m8ty..

damn man thats lookn good! i wonder if the leaves are all fat like that cause u have been using hps the whole time. I'm using cfls and they are much skinnier leaves. i also almost killed all mine in the beginning lol.

nicely done though, seems like a bountiful harvest is in ur future! kudos!

yes randy i first bought a cheap b and q one but realised i had to buy a proper one, i got a plant and grow one that can handle 600w

hey radeon i have had the sunmaster on them from day 5 i think after i got rid of the digital ballast and the m/h bulb i had. the sunmaster seems to work amazingly well i only go in the shed once a day and every day its like wow you can see the difference every day. im going to get a 250w clones my next grow fuck buying seeds although nirvana are so reliable with theirs.
