Genetics are everything when it comes to a setup and it's the most often overlooked part of the grow . Growers will buy a seed because it looks good and not look into the other specs besides the thc level, your not going to flower a tall sativa in a confined space just like you wouldn't flower small plants in a big space.

Got ya, hence I'm a GSC lover. Fourm cut GSC x with Sour Stomper peeked my interest. The Cosmo Whiskey Zulu x Biscauto. Genetics is 1/3 or more of the entire makeup. Best light in the World is not going to make shit Genetics good.

And the best light in the world is useless without added CO2. OP shouldn't even be running a 1000watt light in this room if the ballast is digital I'd turn it down to 600 AND USE A 600 bulb. Don't dim a 1000 lol the plants aren't even utilizing the light because the grow room is vented. I wish people would research before for setting up wild setups incorrectly. There's some pretty good deals for under 300$ bucks for 640 watt grow lights on amazon right now. I'd be pulling that ancient history fire hazard out as soon as I could. But in the mean time I'd be running 600 watt. More light does not equal more bud or growth unless you can control all factors of the environment. If your gut is saying it's too much it's probably too much.

Oh I agree 100% I do not add co2 however, my 2 lamps only equal 730 wall watts and I don't open that up to 100%. With my fans I only utilize about 16 Sq ft of my 5 x 5 tent. Also run 8 inch infinity inline that does not run past setting 3 of 10. Way over kill but, drivers are inside the tent and it runs quite cool in there.

Cool as in what temp lol, I hit about 32 everytime my burner comes on but it quickly falls back to 30-31. I also have an ac going (it's not portable , because it would vent my CO2.) And a dehuey, you think the AC do the trick but it doesn't always and not at lights out. Just the dehuey has to run 24/7 once it starts filling up, on a side note I collect a lot of water and dump it back in to the grow.

75 degrees with lights on. My infinity runs outdoors. Right now, with no dehuy running 40 % rh. When I get further in the run I start up the dehuy and bring it down to 25% rh. I have it set to dump the water straight into a drain. Never have to dump/collect water.

I would to if I wasn't so confined I'm 15x6x6, 75 does seem a bit cold for led I ran 82 with led and no CO2.

I see lots on here with plants that are healthy looking till flower starts then it all goes to hell with light/heat and way over feed. I just run very consistent and the plant will do it's thing. I've run lots of photo runs but this in 1st auto run 4 me. @ Budzbuddha has some very favorable techniques for autos. His posts have a lot all spelled out. Very easy to use and understand.

Lol 3000 wall watts is impressive. Got my interest up. What does one do with that amount of product? I run for myself and friends only. I have to figure not personal consumption.

Well when you feed everytime you water they tend to spit it out, ever tried ocean water? That's how they feel if you feed more than once a week in soil. At most two feedings per week. I'm in half gallon pots and I feed once per week. And when I water I just go till slight run off

Hello all.

Update time.

I am so afraid of things gonna go out of control. 38 days since breaking soil. They are really being huge and bushy. I am still thinking about to put 3 more seeds to veg them 4-5 weeks and fill those space then flip 12/12 plan.

New seeds coming 3 days later and i made a calculation. I am in middle of week 6 with that plants. If i wait to reach week 5 with new seeds these ones will be 10 week of veg... I did bend them so bad. So fixed some height issues with new ones. Also i loved topping. After topping other sides are EXPLODED.

10 week veg in 5 gal pots with 4 week veg plants. Sounds like it doesn't make any sense. But i can reach to 1gpw i think :) Which is my goal but it's not easy to control bigger ones.

Here is how we look like at week 6. If third plant weren't runt, i would love to flip them right now. But with this plants i couldn't get much yield i think...

that sounds like cheating 1gpw...
Yeah i know. I am still not sure about getting 1gpw with 2,5x 10 week veg + 3x 4 week veg (i said 2,5 cuz as you can see i have runt). At least i can get pretty close or hit. I don't know.

But next time i will use more seeds to reach that score intead of crazy vegging time.

Okay hello again.

End of week 6 (42 days since pop)

Already germinated 4 new seeds (very indica) via paper towel method. I did 4 because i thought if i get 2 from 3 then it's not my goal but all 4 popped. So i can give up on one or put all of them together. Not decided yet. I put them in cups this time not directly in final medium. But I have bigger issues i think.

They are being very bushy and huge. Even after defoliation week ago. This is how we look like at end of week 6.

So very bushy and being taller now.

I still have 4,5-5 weeks for other new seeds to mature. So i can't imagine how big they will be after 4 weeks.

Feeding them at 1.8EC and they are very glad about it. Every feeding they take more and no single burnt signs.
