Knock knock knock. Update time :)

Okay idea of adding 3-4 more plants was useless against 10 week veg plan. But anyway, they already popped up and 3 days old. I don't expect much from them and not going to take care very well of them. Just go for 3 weeks veg and i will flip to flowering. I don't think that i can hold big ones more than 3 weeks. They are already huge and bud sites popping from everywhere.

Day 46 from seed.

Day 46 1.jpgDay 46 2.jpgDay 46 3.jpg

This is overall view. Imagine them after 3 week more veg :)

Day 46 overall.jpg

And this is new ones. Day 3 since popping. I will put them to sides and no training, no lst. Just 3 weeks veg and then flip to flower because others will be 10 week veg. They will be small but contribute to my final yield.

Day 3.jpg

I think i am getting close to 1gpw myth :P

How they looking tho? @Nope_49595933949 @amneziaHaze @Hollatchaboy

Those seedlings may not be ready in 3 weeks. I beg moms forever, and come off them, so I forget exactly how long to secure maturity, but I believe it's longer than 3 weeks. I'm probably wrong though.

Yes 3 weeks not enough for seedlings to be ready but i have no choice. If i go 4 weeks with them the bigger ones will be 11 week veg and really huge. So i don't need to get seedlings fully mature. Because i am risking big plants everyday to get mold or bugs etc.

Without any problem i am sure i can get "about a pound" with those big ones.

Next time i will start with many plants to fill space and veg less. 10-11 weeks veg is really stresful. You can almost finish harvest in that time but i am still vegging to fill space.

What I'm saying, is until she's sexy mature, she won't start flowering. It might still be a few weeks longer anyways.

Yeah they will be like 12/12 from seed but not actually lol. But at least they will add something to my final. And i can test what this genetics like. Are they good GDP or not. Smoked good GDP once but was long time ago.

Probably i will switch 12/12 next week.

I'm growing gdp from ilgm right now, and I can tell you that it's not like the gdpi smoked in Cali in 2011. Looks like it might be decent smoke though.

Yeah could be hard to find very nice GDP for me. I am living where most seed banks won't send me any seeds. So i found one and they have some good genetics. But we will see if it's some real GDP or even close.

Bigger ones are GG#4 anyway. I grew GG#4 autos from same seed bank and it was yummy stuff. I believe that photo version is going to be ok.

Do you want to make a comment about big girls in there ? :) Are they looking good?

They look pretty good from what I can tell from the pics. Maybe a lil droopy. Did you take the pics right before lights out, or could they be a lil overwatered?
Now i went to check and guess what.. Soil is bone dry and pot is light as hell. They want water lol. I watered them 3 days ago with 7 liters of water (20% run off). Wow lol. My autos was doing that in first two week of flowering and then back to normal. But i am watering this ones every 3-4 days and they are drinking 7L water. So thirsty plants.

I am adding calmag (1mL/L but chart says 2mL/L) and veg nutes so my final EC is 1.8 but last 2 weeks they drink too often as i said. Should i keep watering with nutes? 1.8EC is too much i think but there is no nute burn signals or nitrogen excess alert yet.

Okay watered them now. 7.5L each with around 1.7L runoff. So sir i have important question. Should i trim lower big fan leaves? Because air from my osciliating fan not going through canopy and reach to soil. Anyway soil gets dry in 3 days tho. I don't want to get any pest or mold issues after 6 weeks of good care. Also don't want to hurt or stunt growth. I see that grower world divided into two. Trim and don't trim lol. What's your opinions?

My opinion is....I don't trim unless absolutely necessary, but in my case, I have 9 clip on fans, and a 6" extraction fan. Also I keep my humidity around 50% or lower. I don't know exactly what you're working with, so I'd go with the defoliation if I was you.

550 cfm exhaust and 680 cfm carbon. 200 cfm on ground to aerate lower part of pot. My humidity is around 25-30 for now. Temp is 25C or max 27C lights on and 19-20C lights off.

I think i will defoliate lower or even lolipopping. Because i am risking for pests and mold day by day. I can set my osciliating fan to setting 3 but that could hurt canopy with strong wind.

End of week 7 update. Day 49.

Things are fine. Some sad leaves reason was osciliating fan directly on plants. Now it's between canopy and light. Leaves are up and praying. This is canopy view with new comers :)

Hello after long time.

Been busy in real life. So no time to update.

I had to switch 12/12 at day 55. Now in day 13 of flowering. Everything seems fine actually. Fastest bud grow i ever have. Didn't even end of week 2.

Some update and question time.

@Hollatchaboy do you think its going well? Middle of week 4 flowering. I am going to cut calmag and give only bloom nutes and bioboost. Company guys said adding calmag after that much time will lower THC levels so they said cut it. Whats your opinions?

Honestly, I used calmag 1 time, and never used it again. My nutes supply plenty of both calcium and magnesium, and if I need either or, like calcium def, id use calnit, and magnesium def,, id use epsom. Overall they're looking pretty good to me though. Maybe cut out the calmag and see how they look. Ultimately the plants will tell you more than any grower can.
