First Time Grow, 300W LED

Hello everybody, I recently got some Animal Cookie seeds in some of my meds. So I threw them on a paper plate and let the germinate than planted them outside. Once in the Soil they shot up like weeds... so I have since bought a tent, light, and a fan. I wish I could go all out and build a hermetically sealed room with automated climate controls, but I live in a apartment so this is not possible... I guess I will work with what I got.

Hope you all enjoy, I plan to SCROG and FIM. Already had a battle with gnats because my plants outside were infected. But a nice neem and habenero spray seems to have done the trick. I also threw in half a Jords tomato nutrient stick in each pot, and hit them with a liquid Seaweed spray.

Feel free to comment and give me any advice, I realized early on that I was over watering, thanks to the gnat problem.

Hey Potato Bug. How big is the tent your growing in? I'm doing a very similar 4 plant grow in a 2x2x4ft tent right now with a Galaxy Hydro 300w. What kind of 300w do you have? Looking good so far!

My tent is 3x3 and I have the same light, it seems like it is really only good enough for one or two plants, I had to buy another.

@horribleherk
Yea he ate 3 little seedling I had sitting on my patio. Saved him from drowning, too, little bastard was stuck in flooded drainage track. I dont really know if you could stop that thing of you wanted too. Damn bug was freking strong and built like a tank. Also known as a Jeruslam Cricket

I've always wondered what their real name was near where I lived in the sanjoaquin delta they grew potatoes out in the islands & those bugs were always in the potato fields

You should take a look at my journal. It doesn't have the canopy penetration needed for myself (since I over vegged/lst'd/topped) but I'm pretty impressed with it so far. In a 2x2 space it's doing a good job with 4 bushy plants. Given that an HID would be too hot for my setup (don't want to be running the central air all day everyday), I'm very happy with the purchase. Would be perfect for 4 smaller plants in my 2x2. Full disclosure: I do have another 24w led supplementing it.

@Horrible,
That would make sense as to why they are nicknamed potato bugs haha
