First time trying salvia

This weekend me and my friends are going to try salvia for the first time. I am going to get 10x as I heard that was good enough for your first time. Anyways I was wondering if any of you guys had any tips on what to expect going into it or anything I shouldn't do prior to the trip or during it. Anyways thanks in advance for the replies.

Expect it to not be very pleasant

smoked it for the first time in NYC.. convinced myself if I walked home to Boston that my friends wouldn't know how fucked up I truly was and everything would be okay. sound fun?
