So two weeks ago I flipped to 12/12. I have a seedling and clone both were about 4 weeks old. The clone has started to flower showing white pistils. The seedling still hasn’t shown any signs of sex. I didn’t know this until yesterday but you should wait to switch until the plants starts alternating nodes. I look at my seedling and it’s doesn’t have alternating nodes. It’s also doesn’t look like it’s grown much in the pass two weeks. What do I do? I can’t switch back now. Will the seedling eventually switch to flower?

Yes it will.

you can switch to flower any time you want.

the plant will begin making the hormonal response required to start flowering.

the younger the plant the longer it will take to switch to flower responses.

Yes and It's because you're seedling wasn't sexually mature to start the flowering process, so it will be delayed of course.

Is it normal for the seedling to stop growing

Would 24 hours of darkness speed up the process or just hurt the other plant that’s already in flower

No if anything the darkness will slow it down.
Just give her some time. She will get there. So what if she flowers a couple weeks later? She will continue to grow as needed until she's ready. If the seedling is 4 weeks since sprouting she won't be too far off being mature. Some things can't be rushed.
