Flower 24 on 12 off

Heard that this will work and I am going head first into it. Had some issues on the home front and it put my girls behind a few days in mid flower. This technique crossed my mind when I was thinking about making up for lost time, everything I have read or watched on the subject says it is good to go. The 12 hour dark period is the controller of flower, so 24 hours on does not effect the flowering cycle. Only problem I have is there are not enough slots in any timer to run my pumps for 7 days straight so need to adjust them everyday, not a big deal if you do not travel. If this works you could in theory run a 9 week plant in 6.75 weeks. Has anyone tried this or thoughts on automation?

You'll burn more power, cant say Ive heard of this.Sounds like some stoner science.
They get 756 hours of light either way, just in a shorter time period. The whole time, money and quality, equation, depends on what is important to you. If you had veg on point you could also get 7 harvests a year on a 9 week strain. So far so good at two 24/12 days, buds have swollen nicely. This bro has a hypothesis and I am going to test the shit out of it, basically science.

Isn't the 12 hour dark cycle you refer to as the controller of flower directly related to a 12 hour light cycle? Seems like outsmarting nature. I don't think it will work. No offense.

Of course I know nothing. Please take pics and keep us posted.
Good luckbongsmilie
No offense taken, most people do not understand line pushers, we are ahead of our time or fail, either way I will learn.
Nature is meant to be dominated by man.
Will keep posted if it works or not.
Thanks

nature is meant to be dominated by man says the guy who had to wear a mask for 3 years because a tiny particle of nature could choke him to death rofl
well anyway this idea may or may not work but thanks for being a trailblazer on this one you trailblazing nature dominating line pushing man of the future :)

This round went 31 days at 12/12 and about 3 days of 24 hours lights off because of issues. Then at day 32 switched to 24/12 so in 9 days I will be caught up for time lost, in theory.

No mask, no test , no vax pure blood Chad here, have not been sick in many many years.
This will be a revolutionary breakthrough in bro science or go down in a ball of flames, either way should be fun.
