Flowering almost done but pistils look dried and dark

hey guys i got about 3 weeks left before harvest but the pistils look like the all died or something. Its been raining a ton the last two weeks so i havent gone back to it in a while, is this bad?? sorry dont have pics but il put sum up asap. also i think i have a herm if it makes a diff.

well , as u can understand we can only asume , u should know that polinated buds look a bit more just as u describe , they do smell diferent too , u should go and see urself , if it is a rot/mold issue it must be left to ur hands when u touch the buds
