"Full Spectrum" vs 3500k only

Currently I am running all CXB3590 3500K 90CRI COBs for veg and flower. I am always trying to improve and was recently looking at the mass medical branded light on Rapid LED. What do you all think of adding just the center bar from that light OR what would be a good custom center bar to add to a 5x5 build that currently has 12 of the above COBs. I was also thinking about adding some kind of UV supplemental and or "exoctics" (again I have been shopping at Rapid LED).. Opinions?

Being almost no tech I hope this helpful. I have run a knock off of your lights for multiple cycles. My only additions were blue in veg. Via cheap led. In flower they could use some red and better spread. Dense yields. Moved to QB. Know nothing any longer. Peace and luck.
