Hey Mugan! Hows you? I know, I haven't been on a lot the past week or so. I've just been doing a lot of baking lately, not much in the grow department. How are your berries coming along?

My parents got me the big daddy mixer for Christmas to make edibles with. I burnt out two handhelds. Making the butter...the end products...mmmmm

Hey girl, I know when you try to market to the bigger dispensary's they will want stuff prepaired in a "certified kitchen".
There's a kitchen for rent right here in town for $30 per hr. Then your goods would be golden!

Hell yea fumble foods are the best i can vouch for that! I been so loaded last few days i forgot whats on the menu. Awwwwww thanks guys. I have found that yes, most places do want a certified kitchen. Right now I am working with two dispensaries and in the process of adding one or two more, as well as a delivery service. I also might start with a dispensary that operates like a farmers' market. I would rent a booth and sell my own stuff. That would be cool. Gotta get a seller's permit first though.

fumble, we did 220 micron hash brownies, very green shake mind you, about 5 grams to a pan of mix, not only tasted good, but got us very giddy, and borderline hallucigenic, no doubt

Thanks vdog! I haven't used hash or kief yet for my cooking. I did do a citric acid extraction with some for myself though. I ran out of my sleeping pills the weekend of the BBQ, and I have been on them for at least a decade, but I have been sleeping without them. I just eat some caramel corn or drink a cup of herbal tea with some of the citric acid extraction and I can sleep. Efffffff yeah! I sooooo can't wait to make the hash capsules. Then I will have a real night's sleep.
Those brownies sound delish. I would love to hallucinate. lol

Beautiful machine, Fumble! Good tools are everything. My KitchenAid is so old it's from the days when they came in white, white, or white, but still works like the day I got it (from my parents, lol). Be careful, tho... very powerful. Don't lick your fingers too much!

I highly recommend the hot cannabutter rum batter w/ Meyers dark rum as a sleep aid!

Are you going to post anything about the citric acid extraction???

Yeah im still trying to figure out how to grow, get that locked on, and maybe start playing! All thou the brownies were good, and the everclear based tincture made with chopped up and dried leaf has been reported to help as a topical aid for sore body tissue and directly dropped in the mouth for toothaches. Look at tincture receipes too my friend. Its pretty easy, add leaf and grain alchol to a cure jar, shake up a couple time each day, and it turns to a synthetic oil looking solvent, very yum yum.

Hello Everybody. Fumble I just spent the last 2 days reading your log it was a GREAT read with all the ups and downs. I do have a request though would please post more photos of the press you use to get all the butter out of of your time bud ect. It looks like a big C clamp with a pice of 2x4 on a cookie sheet. Thanks..

Thanks GD. Glad to have you here. You are correct: Two metal cookie sheets, two pieces of 2x4, a piece of steel, and a huge C-clamp. I tie the weed in the cheesecloth and press out as much as possible by hand. Then put between the cookie sheets and 2x4s and clamp down. You will need to readjust a time or two, but it works pretty well. Good luck.

Thats one nice mixer, I bet it mixes everything perfectly! No more elbow grease work. I am amazed and stunned looking at what you made! You rock girl! Did you have to get your Food Handler's Cert in order to sell them? Great work, hopefully one day you can make some edibles out of Purple Le' Pew trimmings! +REP

I just started smoking again in August after 20 years, I'm very curious about edibles. I'm afraid to try them for one, I've read some bad trip stories on erowid. I also like that with smoking I know I'm getting high in a minute or 2, where with eating you have the whole wait process. I'll get there eventually I'm sure!

Thanks BKB. I can mix a batch of cookies now and my shoulders don't hurt. I love it. My mom and dad are the shit. Ahem, we wont talk about any permits right now. I do need to work on that though. It will certainly open a lot more doors.
