on the pm thing, I was meaning things such as issues anyone may have with another member, & or other things that may arise. Yeah questions & stuff dealing with growing I would hope would be posted on the thread. Just so other can learn form other's, and that way if anyone may have any questions they could simply ask ;)

Like this ? ;) I love me some Strawberries. PIC_2405.JPG PIC_2077.JPG PIC_2329.JPG PIC_2404.JPG YUMMmmm haha & the Lemon balm is to make me some tea ;) LB ---> PIC_2074.JPG
I have a few raised beds but they're for the strawberries. I'm not sure why I don't just grow my veggies in raised beds.. I guess I just like to do all the work associated with planting in the ground. That and my pumpkins and all the other vining plants get way too big for raised beds.
At my old house our garden was perfect.. soil and all. I believe it was 40' x 80' or a little bigger. We've been here for about 10 years now but I've only had the garden going for about 4-5. I didn't find out that the area had been surfaced mine til after I started tilling up this current garden and saw that it had been back filled. Its much smaller. Its only 30' x 50'. I built a screen out of rabbit fencing and 2x4's and have been screening it for a while. It takes forever but it is definitely worth it. I had a tri-axel load of topsoil dropped off a few months ago and have two huge cold compost piles going.. along with a few hot piles. By next spring it should all be screened and amended with all of the compost I have going. Then it'll be time to put a permanent fence around it to keep out the deer and rabbits. They're relentless around here. They don't really mess with my MJ as much anymore though.
This land is family land but I take care of all of it for my mother. I'm hoping to buy a farm this fall/winter out in the sticks to be able to grow in peace.

I stopped all that.. lol way to much going on. However I had to learn really quick when it came to that period of my life. I think I handled it like a champ though.. Read one night straight & learned how to take clones/prints from them, then applied what I read & made a shit ton of syringes off the 8 strains I had. So that way I would have the syringes made up + the prints if need be. I had a few good teachers when it came to all that. ;) Canado being 1 of them. I love me some portabello though. ;) shit. who am I kidding. lol I like the other type also. haha just couldn't never find anyone that was willing to partake with me.. lol

Thanks. Glad to see you around. I would hope you would maybe sub up & post a few shots, don't have to be cannabis oriented if you don't like. However I & most everyone here do like seeing others work from time to time if you know what I mean? ;) Yeah Ive heard allot about the rocky mountains. I have been trying to figure out a few things where its super rocky here in CO. Im thinking I am just going to go with flood & drain tables. ;)
I'm between the laurel highlands, Appalachian mtns, and the Allegheny mtns.. Most of the soil in the area is nice and fertile.. mine just sucks ATM because it was surface mined about 30 years ago and then backfilled with crap. I'm starting to feel like I need a front end loader and a trammel to sift through it all.
I'll definitely post some pics of the different fruit trees and the different gardens. The most important garden pics are posted in my grow journal or blog.. whatever it is nowadays. I couldn't figure it out after they switched so I just kept commenting on it.

I'm getting 2 hens here real quick now that I cleared out some room to build a small coop. I figured they would come in handy. ;)

I know someone who has a moped 4 sale. lol title in hand. I think of course (IMO) that would be suitable for children. Of course depending on age. I would say if they know how to ride a bike they could handle a small moped. :)
My daughter would kill me if I got her a moped. lol.. She started out riding with me on my Rancher when she was about two or so and by herself a few years after that. It was definitely nerve wracking at first but she's a smart girl. My son on the other hand is a daredevil and the reason why I NEED to get him something with a remote kill switch.
