Getting the flower tent set up

Finally getting my 4x8 flower tent set up so I can designate my other tent for my veg tent to get my perpetual harvest going. This is my first time setting up this large of a tent, how many do you think I can fit in there comfortably? Was thinking nine to give them ample space but I've been told to go with 12 in 2-3gal pots. Just got two Mars Hydro FC-E 8000 beasts jammed in there to get as much coverage as possible. The lights soulja boy crank it in there so I'm happy with that, but want to be able to get them up higher as I still have about a foot to the top of the tent and the light hangers are clipped as far as they will go. They have you clip the hangers to some wire cables that attach to the light but I want to figure out how to eliminate those wires to close the gap up top I've done it with my smaller Mars Hydro light with zip ties but these are beasts and don't want to zip tie em when I want to go up that high. Currently have a mom in there chillin while I get the rest of my stuff for the tent together and my other tent finishes flowering. Nice looking set up.
what I did for getting my light all the way up was punch holes trough the tent roof and attacked to the floor joist above the tent. Now I can suck my hood right up to the top of the roof of the tent.
plus my tent frame isn’t supporting the weight.
my light is heavy. Modified a HID air cooled hood to hold my cobs and drivers. Can run in the summer without Ac.

interested to see how your auto watering setup goes. I made a a 5gal and 20gal res with pumps and timers. Works great.

80” high tent I am 71” floor to bottom of light at the highest setting.
Can do 4ft plants + the grow pot with ease

Just get a couple extra yoyos and clips so each of the eye holes has it's own yoyo and clip going to top of tent

Get a solderless nipple kit and some stainless steel bowden cable and make a shorter one.

Okay it's been a while but nothing good comes quickly lol. Finally got everything in the mail and set up. I ended up getting more light hangers and putting one on each corner of each light. I can finally get the lights up pretty close to the top of the tent, within a couple inches. Currently running Creme Royale

Also got the automatic watering system set up with lines ran to each plant to water all of them easily, just plug in the pump for about 30-40 mins. Not the hugest fan of the drip irrigation style water line ran around each plant but it will do for now. To get the runoff I just grab my shop vac and go to town lol. Also have a small submersible pump on a timer in my res tank to keep things mixed 24/7



I got a huge TerraBloom carbon filter set up with the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 and that thing pulls moist air out pretty quickly for this setup. The last hiccup was figuring out where the FUCK to put the hot moist air lol. I can't simply run the line out the window because the only windows go to the front of the house lol. Took a while because I originally tried to cut a hole in the ceiling to run the air up there but was met with a wall of insulation so I chose to reroute it back down my floor HVAC vent lol so I got a vent larger than mine from the store and secured it around my floor vent, which has been working well so far!

U can put an 8x2 flood tray in there and run 6 #7 smart pots right down the center.
Then build a hanging 2x4 frame about 3 feet wide, attach netting to it and run it about 3 feet above the trays. Also hang netting from tye cieling to the sides of the tray.
Run 3 600 watt lighs or 2 4x4 leds like a gavita or fluence.
U can grow big plants and still get in to work on them
