GGG test grow ( Oaksterdam purple kush x Jo og) and (Og kush x aloha white widow)

I never go 12/12 from seed unless it's a dominant sativa strain or I just want a quick harvest with seeds I'm not sure about.
They will be vegged for 4-6 weeks before flowering. Maybe longer as I'll be ordering my 600's so I might just veg them until those get here then have a monster harvest lol

Well I just ordered my 600's today so they will veg for 4-6 weeks then under the 600 they will go.

What are you using right now for lights??

I have my veg closet which has a 125 watt cfl and 100 added watts of cfls , 1x 3x3x5 tent with a 400 mj and a 4x4x7 with a 400 hps.. When I get my 600s in I'll be swapping out the 400s for the 600s. They both have a/c reflectors so heat will be vented out.. I'm sure right now this season I won't have a problem. But summer time I'll be using the portable a/c I got.I might get another 4x4 tent. I would use the whole room but it's my den so I'll have lights on while plants are supposed to be sleep lol. That's why I like the tents..

I am shutting down till the summer is over and I will start back up at the end of August. I hate growing during the summer, especially with a 1K in a 4' x 4' gets way too hot and my electric bills explode!

Lol I wouldn't shut down I'll just downsize the light if heat and bill was a problem.. Sounds like u need to look into led lights since they are low on the bill and heat.

Thats why I'm glad I got 2x400 and now 2x 600 watts I can always switch up

I got a 400, 600, LEDs. I dont like the LEDs, I broke 2 panels cause they are delicate IMO. Its really hard when you live on the upper level in a 1 bedroom apartment. I am moving very soon into a bigger place though.

EDIT: this last grow was my 1st run with a 1K and I wasnt impressed at all with it. I prefer 600 all the way (heat,cost,performance). Next winter I am going with 2x400 CMH bulbs and 2x600 HPS for Flowering.

All is going good in the hood.. All 10 og x aww are up from the ground and i hav 5 purple kush x jo og growing good.. Ill take some pics of them later tonight but here is a couple pics from before.

I've got some of GGG gear that I havn't cracked yet. I'm very interested in seeing how these do for ya so I'll be watching too.

Looking good homie! I've got my eye on these as well specially that oaksterdam pk x jo og

5 Purple kush x jo ny og looking prettty good.Im about to transplant them into 1 gallon grow bags of coco..

Og x aloha white widow..All 10 are up and doing thier own thing.Ill let them sit in these cups for another week or two then into 1 gaons they go..

Here the purple kush x jo og @2weeks from seed.. They will be getting transplanted beginning of next week if not sooner

No, Joseph og is loompas headband aka candy kush aka underdawg og. The Hindu kush x purple afghani is the genetics of the purple kush.
Im using coco now I made the switch and will stick with coo from now on unless I get lazy and decide to use miracle for lol.
