Anyone know where to buy the oxidate 5.0 as @nxsov180db mentioned for post week 3 of flower? I only need maybe 16 oz's and am only seeing very large amounts.

Thanks, but there has to be something else.
There is. Take the time to save up for the equipment to dial in your basement. There isn’t some magical spray that will take care of your issues. Sorry to say it and I’m not trying to bust your balls here but you must address the root cause and that is your environment. I know it sucks but that’s what is needed to stop your issue. I wish you the best of luck

I've used this the last 3 years outdoors and you can spray it all the way through flowering and even wash your buds in it! It is a proprietary formulation of hydrogen peroxide, no you can't just use regular hydrogen peroxide as effectively. Game changer for me! Learned about it from some commercial growers out of Colorado. https://biosafesystems.com/product/zerotol-2/
It is pricey but it lasts for years, is actually pretty economical to use!

Lots of substitutes for Oxidate, since it's pretty much Hydrogen Peroxide.
And Peroxyacetic Acid, whatever that is.
See labels below for details.
ZeroTol sounds great!!
Sanidate can be found online in 32oz spray bottles.
(edit: but it's a diluted ready-to-use formula, whoops)

Good luck with your PM!

Theres nothing to dial in. I have no options. My basement would be 75 in the summer in there were no lights down there and 60 in the winter. I run the dehumidifyer 24/7 all year long... I have no open spaces in my breaker book or no more ways to get electric from down there.. I think the strains just were very bushy and had tons of leaves which was bad for air flow. I run 5 tents and had 2 20 amp breakers for everything down there... Never had PM the first 7 years.

If I buy this how long is the shelf life? Most nutrients shelf life is 2 years from opening.

If your mother plants aren't Grails, I'd kill them, sterilize the environment, and start over asap.

Financially, it's not worth fighting it long term if you've had it this long.

I have done some peroxide washes on my outdoor buds and they always come out great and taste great!

This is basically a diluted version of oxidate/sanidate. Comes in a gallon for 43$. I think the rate is usage is .85 oz per gallon.

Do the plants sit directly on a concrete floor?
I'm plumbing a radiant heated floor into my flower room before fall, and adding another 1" of rigid foam underneath that, or spraying the underbelly on my trailer too. Gonna plumb the coils directly into a portable on demand water heater, and possibly use the generated c02 like a burner.. I'm positive now you're right about that. It;s like, the PM germs right in the middle section, between the warmer and cold air layers down near the floor in the room. As if it needs that cold to function.. Even a fan mixing the air can't keep the floor from being that cold.

Insulating under the plant with extra foam, and spraying some green cleaner took care of the PM on my mother plant recently. Took a few weeks though, and a few more sprays. Still haven't seen any in a few months now.. Its only ever been a thing for me when I over winter mother plants, or while trying to save heating costs by cutting the fans, etc. Or, sometimes when the plants are still finishing off in november in my greenhouse, which I actually think is a diferent kind of non powdery white looking mildew tbh.. Shouldn't ever be a problem anymore though this winter, with a nice warm floor! I'll make a larger portable radiant electric matt for random/mother plants too, that I can set anywhere.
