Nightrider update. Week 6 of flower
I have 3 phenos, I didnt get photos of them all today though.
This is the one I am paying the most attention to. She hasn't started swell yet, in fact she hit a second wind and pumped out another big flush of pistils.
Shes a lot more sativa dominant than I expected to see from this strain if im honest but im not upset. Very open bud structure, but looking at her I think once she swells and fills out she's going to be quite impressive.
Smell on this one is all citrus, orange, lemon and lime depending on when you get her.
She reminds me of old school skunk plants from back in the 90s. Outdoors she would be an absolute monster.
Her sister is also quite stacked, but reminds me 100% of vanilla kush from Barney's farm.
Shorter node spacing, tighter buds, smells strongly of vanilla with a hint of orange. And is already well into the swell stage at 6 weeks. She looks like she might be finished by 9 -10 weeks which is early by my standards. I rarely pull anything in my garden before 10 weeks.
There is a 3rd one as well which has kind of always been the underdog, it never really. Looked like it would amount to much. Really loose bud structure, slow to flower, low yield.
But its still pushing now, not even close to swell yet id say, getting a nice spear top to her. She might just fill out into something. But I suspect she might bear fruit in the smoke department. The smell on this third one is orange and nail polish remover. She just smells nasty like some kind of orange scented commercial cleaning product.
