In all honesty folks.
I spend 30-40$ every 2-3 years on a grinder..
I would spend a 100$ if it was 316 Stainless… thing would prolly last damn near a lifetime and would be very easy to clean. Something you could pass on to the next generation of tokers while they’re busy laser vaping THC Blueberry Knobgobbler Juice.

Brilliant cut is guaranteed for life. Also made from 7075 aluminum. Which comes in right between 316 and 304 stainless for hardness. I’ll take the weight savings over the 316 any day

316 stainless steel (annealed condition)
Ultimate Tensile Strength, psi 89,900
Yield Strength, psi 60,200
Rockwell Hardness B91

7075-T6 Aluminum:
Ultimate Tensile Strength, psi 83,000
Yield Strength, psi 73,000
Rockwell Hardness B87

304 Stainless Steel (annealed condition)
Ultimate Tensile Strength, psi 73,200
Yield Strength, psi 31,200
Rockwell Hardness B70

Same. Ever since I hit midlife I started strategically buying top quality items that will “probably last me until my die.” Plus I’m not a kid anymore. My job is to make the youth envious of my old man skills and acquired material possessions.

I had one my little buddy kitty cat we rescued from a terrible home. We had to put him down 2 yrs ago he was 17. Broke my heart...we had a special bond he adored me. Would hear the truck pulling up and run to the door everyday. Damn I miss that cat
No more animals for now lol
It has a place in mental health

There are high tech objects the size of my palm to shred weed?

That's insane. The most expensive grinder I've ever bought was $2.

Talking all that tech - You guys should see a STM.. Might be a bit out of that budget

I add small amount of tobacco to my joints and that seems to fill the gaps for me.
I do not advocate for tobacco use though. It is bad.

So if you have any extra, you can send it my way and I will take care of it for you.
I've smoked blunts. Hate them. I don't want tobacco with my cannabis. I do smoke an occasional American Spirit Black cigarette from time to time though.
