Grow #2 90 watts (CFL)

Highly doubt it would keep it in veg, but if you fell it could be harming the plants cycles, try to hide the plant from the light
I'm no expert, but i don't think (gathered from all the information i've read on lighting) that the street lamp has enough range to harm the plant
I looked some light specs up, and i don't think any light has over 68 watts of power, and at 30 feet, highly doubt its harming her
I could be wrong, correct me if i am please
