My plants about 2 weeks old, not showing much growth. Anything that could be a problem or help with this?

What soil mix is that your using? Look like it may be overwatered. Give us a bit more info.

It's in ffof soil, it was in buffaloam for about a week but wasn't looking well so I transferred it into ffof, I water it with normal tap water every time it gets dry on the top.

fox farm seems to be the culprit in so many posts....
maybe your girl is over fed and wants more light?

No need to "water " a new seedling ... Just a misting every couple of days.

By transplanting a new seedling can ALSO shock it.

water when its dry on bottom instead, or when the plantlet sheds a dry tear, later, kick the bucket often to get a feel for
dry dirt, wet dirt, and in between dirt, water when light and dry only.
