What would be a stand out feature in your opinion?

Very on point at 3 weeks :)
multi channel spectrum control. or at least the rj12 plugs to be able to hook up a controller to do timing, sunrise/sunset. a warranty on diy kits.

i feel like they think they are on the fluence level with the pricing.

i don’t regret getting the light. but probably won’t be filling any production rooms with them

Warranty seems like a pretty basic thing, you even get warranty on diy parts you buy like Samsung strips.

And i feel you on the multichannel, seems like going backwards from gen2. No uva or spread over red wavelengths, 630 nor 730. Lets see if there is more to come though. But with efficiency and prices similar to last gen, and less features. Seems like a shame if you have to buy last gens features for extra $$

just under 2 weeks from cutting down. plants look pretty good.

a huge difference i’ve noticed running this strain under a LED vs HID is the crystal production. Where is the ice on these under the growcraft!?

@Chilledgrowlights

I have tried a few different ways to get in touch with you guys. With the last interaction not going so well. you guys told me that chilled are not for my 'commercial' setup. I have since gotten a few other LED fixtures to test. And would still consider getting 10 more growcraft fixtures. But you need to help me out.... PLEASE tell me how i can hook up these lights with a RJ12 connection to be able to control all of the light on/off times. This is such a basic feature... I know there must be some way!

if chilled as a company was just more friendly or helpful. my production rooms would have nothing but their lights hanging. but all in all. the light worked out better than expected.
Nice harvest. As for remote on/off: this would be done using external connections for the driver. Id contact with meanwell, they should know if you cant get a word out of chilled. I think the connectors come up as RC + and -

I was able to find a post about hooking up the meanwells to a Trolmaster here on this forum. When i had repeatedly asked Chilled about this directly, going to them for advise, since they made the light. They basically just told me to fuck off, saying its impossible.

What I find really funny, is in my emails to them they tell me "It is clear that nothing from our current product line will work with your commercial sized operation"... I am in a basement!!! And, if their product line up does not work for a 'commercial' application, WHY THE F are they looking for commercial growers on their website?!

I was such a fan of these guys, they were doing some really cool stuff in the past. But it seems like the growtech is just a leap backwards, and just a setup for a future money grab, offering "add-on" components.

there shouldnt be more to do then get RJ11 phone cable, cut it and connect the open end to your dim lead of the meanwell driver by a wago or wirestrip terminal.
check with a mutlimeter on which wires you have some voltage, connect these to the DIM cable of the meanwell.
if it dont work, reverse it and try again (should be ok, no real load there).
your meanwell driver datasheet show you the cable and the cable color code.

Sounds to me like people there might be a little out of their depth, and just concentrating on getting little orders out. Honestly, what salesman is not going to perk his ears up at the chance to sell 10 units? Very unusual.

cut these down to get a 5664 grams wet. going to wash this all into live rosin. keep your fingers crossed for a 4% return :)
Be interested in your adventures if you ever get time to report back and post photos. Everyone loves photos.

Are you contacting chiled through here or website?
I have Tried in this tread, on their Instagram account and also using their support email address from their website. I have probably talked to them 5 times total. If they continue to run their business this way, the 5 year warranty wont even matter, cause they wont be around for you to use it.

According to the ChilLED Growcraft webpage the plug and play models have a 3 year limited warranty. The Growcraft DIY kits are sold with no warranty (as I think you know).
