Ok, but thats not because of lack of knowledge or experience as you said before.
no i said it is due to lack of ^

how is it you dont know what types of sugars your plant can take in?? that is a big

your failure is due to improper planning and preparation

thats lack of knowledge and experience

how does this not sink in, just because you dont know what your doing doesn't mean your buds wont be decent, or that you wont learn to be better, just means when you have an issue your only alternative is to play catch up

and well

an OZ of prevention is worth pounds

Not all ants my brotha....ive had ants in my vegetable garden for 3 years now and never dealt with an aphid problem. My sunflowers act as a trap crop and the aphids pile up on it, the ladybugs gobble em up. Granted i keep an organic vegetable garden and use companion plants to attract beneficials/ deter pests.

Bottom line is I welcome the ants bc they are the only ones small enough to pollinate my cucumber and watermelon flowers. They've been crawling all over my clone i have in the same spot this year and no infestation or problems yet.
yeah if the ladybugs weren't there I bet you would have a problem on your hands
Lmao hell yea i would of.. the sunflower is like a magnet for the aphids i swear and then the ladybugs have a feast. Its a good organic trick but unfortunately my main grow is separated from my raised beds until i up security. One day i will just include it with my vegetables, ants and all lol

Bcuz I dont have the room, time, or security to take an indoor grow seriously, therefore im not gonna spend money buying a better light. If I had a garage or something than I would.

I tried it out as well. It's actually not bad for personal smoke and a couple small plants. I over did it on mine but was still able to finish them off. Would I do it again? Naw.. I have a 400 and a tent now. But it was a fun experiment. :)

Hey everyone, its that time of the year again. Im starting from seed this time and im hoping for some great results!! Last year I did a bunch of experiments and tested some stuff on all my plants lol but this year im gonna go back to what I know best and hope for a great harvest, good ol outdoor and organic. Ok so 3 weeks ago I germinated 8 seeds. They all sprouted and started growing great, but I ran into a problem. Due to unforseen setbacks regarding my soil mix, I had to throw all my beans into one big pot that a pepper plant was already inhabiting. Well of course the seedlings literally started growing on top of eachother so once I got my soil problem sorted out I did an emergency transplant. This shocked them and put them back about 1 weeks worth of growth because I literally had to dig them up and seperate their taproots. After the transplant one died mysteriously:sad: but the the rest mostly flourished after about a week of recovering. They are indicas and sativas, including SOUR DIESEL, Tahoe OG, AK47, and others, Ill have to check exactly which tomoro. :blsmoke:
huh, this doesnt give others confidence, adn like i siad im a novice my germ rates are around 95% no issues, proper planning and preparation

, and i just peaked through your thread, those tiny little plants look bad,the one that has frost i mean ya it has frost but its only going to grow a few nugs whats the point, if you can buy bud at 3 dollars a gram then your already spending more on what your gonna crop imho, and yes in pot plants size matters

i can design a box to fit any space requiresment and get you proper lighting and air flow, easy any space or needs, multilevel lst cfl or t5(which i would prefer)

and so can you, be innovative not easy button, first thing the old timers siad to me was dont take short cuts and KISS keep it simple stupid

I consistently have 100% germination rates. Anyways, you arent making any points. Your just talking crap.

Haha this reminds me of highschool
thing is, it isnt , criticism is something we should all be able to take, how the fuck are you going to learn,

if no one calls you on your BS

if your grow sucks

and if

it can be better is like high school to you ,

then you must have been to most special one there to never need any criticism

you obviously had some room out doors, small sun box with filters that are cheap etc, , with low to ground LST or lay down of the plant its easy

im not going to do your work for you

the fact that you say cant lets me know that you never tried

Lets try and keep this as "constructive" as we can and leave out the F bombs. I really want to help this kid.
I'm not sure it can be done. I've watched more than one person give him sound advice on both T&T and SS&P ... but the bottom line is that he's made up his mind. Unteachable. cn

No, you have seen people, including yourself, try and tell me that my personal opinions on politics and religion are wrong. That has absolutely nothing to do with growing, which is a universally accessible craft.

what if your ambient temps don't drop under 85 degrees in the day and 70 at night??

what if ambient temps in the day are 110 degrees and at night are 70?

Chiller/AC Unit. You have to control your temps if you are in any kind of box, room, enclosure. It's just part of the grow. If you can't cool your box you shouldn't use it. I learned that the hard way but I was still able to pull a harvest. Night temps would be fine. :)

Hid lights aren't for everybody
Hence why people use cfls

I got close to 6 zips off four plants with about 500w of cfl
Heat wasn't an issue which it would have been if I were using HID lights.
Pretty good for taking a "shortcut" huh
