Growing techniques specific to producing hash

If ur interested in auto's check out cream of the crops black gold, its a cross of like 5 different indicas and its main focus is oil and trichome production.
Not really that bothered by autos, I'm only growing a couple because they were free and will flower and harvest before my others finish vegging. However, I will be considering an indica dominant "hash strain" for a future grow. Next grow may well be a clone of my Super Lemon Haze and an indica in tandem.

didn't mean to offend just stating fact.
vapes pyrolyze terps into nutty tasting blandness..
thcv for example boils at 428° what do you vape at? using boiling points throws the natural ratio of cannabinoids more to thc, losing its complexity. many compounds like thcv will never be utilized in a vape, and are the whole reason certain strains are grown..

Go for high producing strains like hash plant, some of the best hash i have ever smoked was from subcool seed strains cheese quake another top notch hash plant is a- m -s from greenhouse seeds

Just look for high thc, strains super silver haze make's nice hash.

You have got the right idea though dude, who need bud when there is hash around get some decent bags bubble bags and you won't want to smoke bud again.

Bud after all is just the carrier of the med, make the hash right and you won't smoke bud again.

But the holly grail of hash is made from trainwreck or cheese.

To be fair, taste is subjective and not fact at all. In fact taste is mostly genetic. To say "it is not as tasty and that is a fact" is rather silly when you have someone here saying "I don't find that vaporisers are less tasty than burnt plant matter". Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a bong. In fact I go through phases where I only use the bong and not the vape, and vice versa. I like them both, they each have their charms. Vaping at different temperatures creates a world of different flavours and I really enjoy that.

As far as the efficiency goes.... well I smoke my "vapor poo" in pure joints with a little hash. The vapor poo on its own does not get me very stoned and tastes rather unpleasant without the hash. This is because the majority of the cannabinoids have been vaporised and consumed without waste (smoking a joint is at best 30% efficient). Source: Various studies from the Cannabis College, Amsterdam plus two decades of knuckle-down personal "study" ;D

I'm with you 100% brother. If only I could produce enough hash to meet my medical needs. I have the bags, looking forward to making a dry sift tumbler which should be a lot easier and produce more with dry ice. My wife loves cheese. It's the only weed that's ever spun me out and made me downright paranoid, so I have a weird phobia of it these days, but I might grow one one day just for the hash :D

you did read my post?
taste is not an opinion or subjective?
I don't mean taste as in personal preference
I don't use bongs or vapes

Yes, I read your post, but my point remains the same. If I vape, it tastes great. When I smoke what comes out, it tastes unpleasant, so I fail to see that by vaping I am missing on some terpenes that taste great. Wouldn't the vapor poo taste nice if so?

I vape on the max setting on my volcano which is somewhere just over 200 c

Vaping I am twice as stoned per gram than bonging, and that's a fact :-)

I'm intrigued, how do you imbibe, pure joints?

It's true...lately, I've been using my vape pen exclusively...it's just far too tasty and way too potent to want anything but. Nothing else even comes close (except some seriously pure bubble). It's not that I've become a snob or anything...its just that i only want to smoke the best.
Although, too many hits from the vape pen makes me want to lay (or lie..) on the cold bathroom floor...

Haha there was me starting to think maybe that troll was right and I was completely wrong in my five years of side by side comparisons resulting in me being stoned as a shrimp.

Try a full on vape yuckfou, like a volcano or similar - soooo hedonistic. I have a giant bag for mine which is just right for me and my wife - that is to say, we often get to the end and find we can't finish the last little bit cause we are just too stoned.

I would have to smoke twenty times that much to get that high from a bong.
