Growing tree's in a tree

Yea they are definitely not that big compared to most of the plants I've seen, but they weren't in veg very long and hopefully after there done actually opening the calyx's, it will be fatter. But as long as I get more than the 15 bucks I put into em, I'm happy. Besides actually seeing the bud on the plant is a priceless experience IMO, it's opened my perspective of cannabis, and helped me reinforce the fact that it is JUST A PLANT. You never have much good to say, you must be an angry person...
Lol I have a very mild temperament. I wasnt criticizing at all, just saying that those are really small plants. I grow bonzai plants all the time its no biggie, I got 2 bonzai plants growin in a stealth box right now. Im glad that it was a good learning experience, I remember after I grew my first plants it made me dive very deep into the world of cannabis cultivation. Welcome. In a few years you will learn a ton of info. Alot of us cultivators could be straight up botanists with what we know.

Ok thought you were. But thanks I have learned alot already and this is just my first REAL grow. The strain-climate issue plus it trying to reveg I'm pretty sure played significant role in its size, but considering where they are, I'm quite happy with how far it's made it honestly. I wish I could find a sativa strain to try out, but it seems like all the seeds I have gotten are indica, depending on how these next two go I might order some.

Where do you live at? Cant you just get some clones or order some seeds?

The hermie is officially chopped, and drying now. I feel like bubbles from Trailer park boys Haha, I really didn't want to cut it, cause like I said before I just love growing them and watching them grow. But can't wait to smoke it, and was kind of relieved when I didn't have to spend 15 mins plucking nanners on the routine check today.

Some macro's of a nug I was forced to take off the female due to slight rot signs at the stem below it, so I picked it while it was good.

very interesting grow, i now understand the warnings about indica hybrids in the tropical zone
i would have thought you would have gotten a 12/12 inside type of result

Thanks glad you learned something from it, I am looking to get a sativa type to see what the results would be then. I got a seed from some bud that was a severe cerebral high yesterday that's germing now, hopefully it will be sativa.

I was thinking of doing this considering I have been having animal problems, but I can't think of any trees.

i'll think some positive energy for your next try, whatever your grow method
got to think the extra shade made a big difference

Nowhere near a medical state haha, but I might just order some after the two newbies I've got are done.
Next grow you should raise a mother plant, that way you just keep her in veg and have a perpetual clone harvest. Alot easier then growin from seed.

Any tree will work. Got this idea from someone in this thread, but take a brown rope and tie a bucket (camo'd out) to it as you're pot, and then use it as a pulley system on a high up branch. I would recommend a tree with good vegetation if you got alot of heli's where you live, or if you're worried about people seeing it.

Thanks, right back at ya. Yea it most likely ALSO played a factor on the size, as everyone knows the more light=bigger buds, but I don't want to take off to much and have it exposed and spotted, some is better than none any day.

Great idea!!! I noticed alot of wind up by my plants, even on a calm day. Too bad there are no bushy trees where my baby's are.

That would require a veg room right?? which I don't currently have the room to do.

It would yes, or you can just start a seed early (April 1st) keep it in maximum sun, let it get bushy and then force flower clones taken from it all summer, then come fall the mother herself will flower. That way u will have a couple harvests during the season.

Yea if I had somewhere to put her that had maximum sun, this was really my best/only option for now. But I will keep that idea in mind.

Lol it can have the usual amount of sun, you just have to make it bushy, meaning that it would grow more outwards rather than vertically.

But where I live the daylight is in flowering hours until like halfway through May. Meaning to LST, I got ya.
