Wall street bankers didn't destroy the economy IMO. 9/11 started it and the liberals forcing the banks to give home loans to people who didn't qualify put the nail in the coffin! So you don't think Fraud is illegal? How much did we devalue the dollar to pay for the TBTF banks? $15 trillion? Then we devalued the Dollar even more by giving $16 trillion to foreign banks too. What is the total notional value of all the homes in the US worth anyway? $22 trillion. but we spent $31 Trillion just to keep the banks afloat. Why not just pay for all the homes in the US and have trillions left over?
