I dont like turkey... its to dry... we are havin 2 ducks instead... woot woot =)

i realize white meat is dry, does anyone like dark meat? my wife thinks its gross but its oh so moist. that sounded dirty haha.

haha I must say, I do enjoy the dark meat... and I LOVE eating the skin! omg haha

true some of the dark meat is fatty. i do love a perfect dark piece, and the legs are the shit too.if you can find the part without all the fat on it.
man i love the crispy skin mmmm. i was gonna say that too, no matter how dry it is, a big dousing of gravy will fix it.

Happy T-Day everyone!! Got a pack of phillie minis bein rolled up as we speak, gettin ready for football, n gonna throw the turkeys in the deep fryers in a little bit. Stuffing is gonna get made as soon as i get my mind right, and into food makin mode, n just gonna RELAX allllllllll dayyyyyyy long. Got some special "stuffing" later for the wife

man... I love some of those feel good moments, ya know what I mean? where theres not a worry in your mind, you have a big turkey in the oven... a spliff in the hand, some football on the TV... a wife/girly makin some thanksgiving dinner. Remember... only in america...
