Harvest opinion please

Thank you all for opinions. Maybe not what I wanted to hear. But I appreciate it. I’ve come this far with a really nice grow for my second time. I guess I’m going to buy some greenhouse plastic and rig something up for frosty nights.

0C. We are forecasting overnight lows of 3-4 by next weekend. The drop to below zero won’t be long after. I’m BC Canada.

Id run then out, plants can handle some cold and a bit of frost, now a full on blizzard is a bit different but these plants are pretty tough and should be fine

Ok. Thank you. I’ll pay close attention to the temps. But they most definitely have a solid stalk on them. All range from 6-9feet.

They can handle 0c, you should be fine.. Id run them ladies out for about 3 more weeks and then start the flushing process for the last couple of weeks

They are looking nice btw, great job so far, just ignore breeder descriptions and coninue on.. The best part is still to come when they start swelling up in the next few weeks

Ok. For sure. Sounds consistent from everyone that posted. I’m glad I joined the forum. Here I’m thinking a week out. Hahaha. After all the reading I’ve done that’s pretty crazy I’m that far off. But I most definitely was using breeder “fast” timelines as a gauge.

The unfortunate part is this is all directed at the furthest along plants I posted pics of. The other 4 plants I figured are 3 weeks behind the pics I’ve posted. Which means, according to opinions of the the others would be 7-8 weeks. And that is a piss off. But BC bud been around awhile. So I know outdoor grow are possible. But I’m probably going to need the greenhouse plastic for the others. I’ll get some pics up of them.

Autos were my first grow. Good experience learning as much as I could. Completed the cycle. But unfortunately after growing these monsters I don’t think I could ever go back. I’ll probably focus on two plants next year instead of 6. So if I do have to get into covering them to finish it will be easier. This is going to be a nightmare. Lol 6 plants nothimg

There are a few strains in bc that finish up in september but anything u decide to go with next should be an indica dom strain, stay away from the hazes and sativa strains as they tend to take longer

I have a blackberry haze this year as an experiment, im very concerned that she is goung to be tough to finish up here as she is just now flowering.. Nov harvest is going to be interesting since they are already calling for snow by Halloween

There is strain from Lucky 13 seeds called okanagan grape, its suppose to bred for northern climates and they say she finishes around mid september, it may be worth looking at..

Funny. I live in the okanogan. I guess I’m going to have to figure it out for next year. But I’m a sativa guy. But also don’t smoke often. Just love the grow. So maybe just have to switch to straight indica grows.

Or their frostberry may be worth a look..

Sativa plants are hard to finish up north, I only sprouted a few hazes this year cause they were freebies and I thought why not try it instead of tossing them, very concerned they wont fully mature in time

Yeah, ontario here.. Our outdoor season wraps up in october as we usually get heavy frost and snow in November
