harvesting, pics and a question

this is my first grow(cfl) and the yield is small so please dont make fun of it haha. my question is, some of the buds are maturing much faster than the others, is it ok to clip the finished ones and let the others keep growing, or should i just cut the whole plant at once? also, how much longer do you think, i dont have a microscope so i cant look at the trichomes really.

Looks pretty good, I'd say he whole thing has a ways to go. Once it is done it's not uncommon to clip the top and let the bottom fill out a little.
You can check the trichs with a magnifying glass.
 
thanks for the feedback. about clipping some, i have some buds that are in such an early stage(near the bottom of the plant) i would think they would probably need an additional month or more. could i clip almost all the ready buds and focus the lights more toward the bottom buds, or would it just be too much shock to the plant?
 
i dont know bout clippin the buds but yea i didnt look at that last pic till now cuz i didnt see it before! 3 to 4 weeks id say... just let the buds do there thing and wait to clip them.

It looks like they are doing really good. They stretched quite a lot which is typical of a cfl grow. If was under hps you'd probably be ready in with 2 weeks of flushing but with the cfl I'd give it another month. You can harvest the cola earlier than the other buds if you want but wait till its ripe.
 
You should name that plant Stretch Armstrong! LOL. Honestly though, it looks like you need to wait a bit longer, be patient, and you will have some good smoke. I would work on learning how to harvest, and dry your buds.

wow i must have left my account open or something i never posted that at all i apologise looks good to me ..this is all weird to me
