I let my sativas go longer than they should now & no complaints from me. I dont check trichs & find it more sensible to just harvest in stages & see where I like it. If anything I'd say letting it go longer effects the length of the high not make it more stony. I know Rev from Kingdom Organic Seeds recommends to let some of his gear go a few weeks more for maximum effect. Flowering a sativa for 14 weeks what's another 2-3 weeks to let it go longer?

Kwik seeds/real seed company both ran by angus he is a decent guy they specialise in real landraces and stuff trust me there who you wanna deal with for that stuff i got hundreds of seeds of various afghans and other stuff from them theres alot of seed companys claiming to sell landraces one has to be careful least with them you know what you getting if its a reproduction they state so in the descriptions most of there seeds are straight from the source countries fairly priced too
