And this is dogdoo's vision for Canada:

"But come on who needs 28 g in a night im ok with limits i wish alcohol had them too way less bs if we did."
Ya i stick to that. You ever hang around a dbag who drank a 60 pounder in a night. No i know you live at mommas but ive actually been around both drugs for 25 years. Excess of anything isnt good if you cant see that your part of the problem.

Go for a drive and get some clean country air. Until you drive by a livestock barn. But I do understand a neighbor wanting fresh air in their bedroom in the morning and waking up to a pungent odor. I am sensitive to barking dogs. I used to work shift and had 8 neighbours in earshot with dogs and there always seemed one barking. So I try to be mindful of others. The outdoor grow next year will be interesting though.
I wonder in alberta if we can grow outdoors

Omg ur serious wow does it even get you stoned like are you smoking 20+ thc weed? My white widow sends guys home who wake n bake everyday after a j that were staying for the night to drink and hang out so i stopped bring it out, its for the cocky guys only i should send you some.
Think you need to get over yourself. Not saying your stuff isnt fire, but i seriously doubt i would have a problem taking out 28g in a day. Unless you are growing over 99.23% dont think its gonna do anything to me i dont do every day

I'd be happy to attempt it for you if you like so you can prove me wrong hahaha, I'm in Northern California though not Canada

I just looked on my grow certificate. Where it says maximum quantity of dried canibas authorized to possess is that on your person or is that at home?

I have a 10g/day, 49 indoor plant limit.

That is what you can carry on you while away from home.
Mine is 150 grams.
I phoned HC to clarify, and asked what the home limit is, and the guy I spoke with literally said "we don't care".

"Well, alrighty then!"

I'm noticing more and more articles like this the last few months and its concerning considering a comprehensive review of the Cannabis act/ACMPR is coming this October. I know in 2018 when they came out with the ACMPR they said there would be a comprehensive review at the 3 year anniversary.

Health Canada could care less... its the vibe I get. Its pressure from the cops and politicians(LP's) that are gonna be pushing hard to decrease plant numbers and eliminate any loop holes in the Cannabis Act.

Most cops don't seem to give a shit from my experience. Politicians....different story. Problem with cops is they do what politicians say for the most part.

I wouldn't worry too much though. They've taken probable cause and tossed it entirely out the window the day they legalized it. Smell? So what? It's legal.
They see you have 4 tents? So what, did they see more than 4 total plants? If not, good luck.

Power bill? Even with all my LED lights going and my entire house being electric, my power bill is usually under $250, sometime up to $300 a month, even in the winter. In no way unreasonable.

They could yoink my license and then they'd have to try to prove I'm still growing more than four plants. Huge tent? So what? It's 4 huge plants, unless they can prove otherwise. Vent sticking out window? So what? Prove there are more than four plants in this house.

Be smart about it, be discreet, use a carbon filter and shut your trap and it would still be an easier, less risky road than many of us had to take for a decades back when it was illegal.

This will be a long and messy post.

The gov is not stupid and they are always full of it. They have planned since the beginning to increase monitoring of medical grows and get doctors to justify patient licenses.

Every year they will walk through and take a look.

Large Dwc systems with 4 4x4 scrogs do nicely and don’t require a license.

In BC the legal market is tiny compared to others. With all the failures the gov wants more market share. No one likes irradiated product even if done slowly on "low". The problem is the gov system is built to run at high prices and that is good money on the black market. Right now B.C black market is 50% market share.

Justin decided to increase (triple) the carbon tax and now all of Canada will start growing and the black market price will dive even further.

A lot of growers have turned to shrooms because the dream of a craft grow has been killed by Gov regs and hoops. Most large medical growers just want a shot at being a craft. Many have failed and lost everything, now they are back in gray market building capital to take another run at a craft or a shroom business. The Canadian Lps have worked together to try and force higher costs for Micro ( craft) businesses. Shrooms are now flooding the market and the only value is in labs for medical use. Either way people are desperate and many have had their business or job taken away. Covid excuse.

The reason "Justin" made cannabis legal is, World Health Organization told him to. The plan has been to make all illegal markets open and free from criminal gains. They will legalize all drugs and the plan is to take complete control of all parts of the financial structure. Next is Cash.
Canada already has a crypto on the way. Full, complete, control as Canadians gladly piss away their rights.
They are going to up enforcement of medicals and increase attacks on illegal sales. They will justify searching homes and use this to take away more rights. Due to “bad people”; if an officer smells weed or someone complains the officer can walk right in and mount your wife. People will get upset but most will roll over and get suckered like they have been suckered by Covid.
this clip is about ivermectin a safe drug that was proven in Aug to kick Covid ass. It was not used and was forced off the list of allowable drugs. All this time businesses could have been open, people could have been safe, and our economy would not be forced into this false debt crisis. Zero masks would be required. Still “they” won’t allow the use.

Get ready for more road blocks and "covid" checks on the road. For your safety as usual. The Rcmp still use heat as a way to find grows. Always build your grow as if you are running a illegal grow. Low profile. Eventually there will be no cash and every drug will be legal and some will be free. Addicts won’t need dealers and product will be clean.

Good luck.

That was the odd thing I found. My daily dose doubled but the possession limit stayed the same. Not a big deal, at least I do not have to worry about it at home, until they change things.

Yeah it seems goofy. My buddy has WAAAAAY more than twice the limit I have and the amount he can carry is still 150 grams. He actually has more like 10x my prescription lmao! I believe he has the highest level you can be prescribed, he's over 400 plants, 90 grams a day or something he's allowed.

But the 150g possession limit is just to prevent us running all over the country with a lb or two, going on a road trip and coming back empty, if ya know what I mean.

Here's what makes me laugh about all this. These different levels you can be prescribed are according to HC's own rules and layout. They sign the approval for these guys with 400+ plants and 90+ grams per day prescriptions. Nurses and doctors can prescribe anything all-day long, but in the end it's HC with the final stamp of approval.

The only reason I even asked for the 49 plant limit was to give me a buffer. I can start clones before my flowering is done, perpetual harvest if I want.

Variables people have not talked about. Choice to grow in a way best for the disabled grower/ patient. Sog cola grow. Much easier than a scrog if you are in a chair. Now imagine the table is at the right height so your back wont hurt. Sooo a 4x8 table will take from 100-50 plants . With 50 you go to four branches/colas each. I have been building systems for all types. Unfortunately gov is a mess so regulations and systems are not flexible or intelligent. Then add that you may juice instead of smoke. Easy for numbers to go much higher. That said the gov will use a few criminals as an excuse to crush and force you to use their irradiated crappy weed. Zero medical value. The goal of the article is propaganda to get you to tighten your own leash. They used omission to justify the opinion that more than a few plants is not needed and only a sign of criminal activity.

I used to have a 25 plant limit which would be fine once I finally figure out what I am doing and playing around with strains. I also do not want to be chained to my grow room so that I can travel a little.
