Help Bud too dry and losing smell

How do I add moisture back to my bud. I think I dried it too long.

Get it in sealed jars

They have been in sealed jars for 5 days. Still too dry. Other suggestions

Put a fresh bud or leaf into the jar, had to do that myself when i overdried and it did the trick perfectly. I've read that other people use lettuce or orange peel etc but i'd rather have a bit of mj plant to remoisturise

If you put a slice of orange peel in the jar and seal it up for a day. You will notice a TONE of moisture back in the buds. Then you've got to start to 'cure' again. I had a crop I dried for just a little to long, put a slice of orange peel in the jar for only half a day and so much moisture was back in the bud, I don't even know if it would have lit to smoke. That's my $0.02 anyways

put a piece of fresh iceberg lettuce in the jar for a couple of days. will slowly let moisture back into buds. redry a little if necessary or reapply lettuce

always freeze some extra leafage in case this happens. if it dries out too much you can stick some trimming into the jar and it will regain its moisture. that way the buds wont impart any weird tastes from lettuce or anything else you might put in there. id say the smell will come back in a couple weeks of curing

Thanks you guys great advice. I will try the leaf and fresh bud suggestion. I happen to have some on hand LOL
