HELP! CANNABIS SEEDLINGS ARE STARTING TO SHOW SIGNS OF PURPLE GROWTH AND BURNT TIPS!

HELP! My 8 day old seedlings are starting to show signs of purple growth, and yellow burning on the tips!
I'm using roots organic 707 outdoor blend with no additional nutes added to the soil just soil straight out of the bag.
I used filtered water through my tap, and I always get the ph to 6.0 to 6.8. Water temp: 68 - 70 degrees.
Temperature & humidity in grow room 77 - 82 in daytime , 73 - 75 at night.
The new growth is just brown to purple and doesn't look healthy need help figuring out wha

What type of soil (I imagine it to be hot/heavy nutes)

Because it's small. Use a small amount of water so as to not deploy so much nutes so early.. a teaspoon of less is howni cope with using a hot soil with seedlings
