Help! cant afford to max, have to cut back on grow : I

Hi i am at a delima, i have 2 have Northern light Autos, A Power Plant XXL Auto, and 1 Afghani #1 a photo, all plants are feminized, they were on 24/4 because of bills, i canceled my phone, cut the light back to 12/12 im at 39,000 Lux, safely, i know the lux meter cant see the blue or red diodes, so im thinking the lux isnt seeing 80 watts from the light (the red an blue diodes) this is just and estimate , anyone good in math? any help will be most appreciated
also i might lower the light and dimm it to 60%, and lower it further? what lux i cant do math, anyone know what power i would be at if i dimmed both bloom enhancers to 60% its a optic 320s,
