I re-read the original post, I misunderstood. To answer that (will it be any more or less air flow) will depend on static pressure of fan/cfm after filter, size of ducts/how many kinks, size of filter/fan. all that dialed into your space’s needs.

What is the tent size width and depth? What kind of lights, led or other? What kind of fan/filter?

The air flow should be fine with led if the exaust is drawing from the bottom intakes to top of space somewhere. 6” fan/filter can vent out a 5x5 let alone with a longer filter.

As I check, 16” being probably 6”. Anyways, good way to tell is seeing how the tent walls suck inward.

If they have lots of tension, you are good. You are exchanging air much faster than going in and almost more than structure can handle.

I like to have stronger fan than needed on a dial and have slack to work with, incase filter clogs a little towards end of life & have more control of enviorment. You still need mini fans circulating air inside.
