help leaf problems!

I have 4 seedlings all under 6500 cfls. One of them has what I'm thinking is some type of burn. The cfls are about 2-4 inches away from the plants here is a pic of the leaf any input would be great! Thanks

Soil may be too hot - too much ntrients in soil... Also put some more holes in the pots so it drains well. Watch out for overwatering... Don't give it any nutrients for at least 3 more weeks...
