Help little black larva

On the inside of my buckets of my RDWC these little black larva I guess they would be called started appearing. They're really skinny and not longer than an 1/4 inch. What should I do?

sound like bugs kill them

Any suggestions how?

DO they look like very small clear worms with black heads?
