Help me with my 15 day old tiny stem but otherwise is doing good?

So I am currently on day 15 and unfortunately we were without power for almost 8 hours yesterday and finally about an hour ago it was finally fixed by the stupid ass electricians that came back 4 times like it was gonna fix itself LoL. So I am growing in soil and haven't added any nutrients or fertilizers and it's got 3×40w 24 inch neutral colored t12 fluorescent U-shaped tubes. Also I have been told that the problem is the lights and I have been considering misting the foliage with some fish emulsion tomorrow morning, ya or na? I'm just getting nervous about the stem not bulking up any thoughts on this. I'm concerned because I am gonna be pissed at the grow supply store I frequent and was told that I'd be just fine with the 3 fluros and I have a feeling that it's possibly my issue!? But it's only a guess and that's y I'm on this forum everyday so please don't hesitate to tell me what to change or whatever

An 8 hour power loss will not effect a plant that young.
It looks great besides being a bit small for 15 days, in my experience. Genetics vary greatly though and it could be perfectly normal.
Don't try and fix problems that don't yet exist, and stop watching her so closely. You can't do things daily to help her grow better or faster.
Don't love your plants to death.
Good luck!

Thanks for the input because sometimes hearing it from a roommate and then u made it clear and I am not upset about it I'm glad and I will let mother nature due her thing and just let the plant tell me what she needs sometimes it takes a little smack upside the head to stop over thinking

The only thing I have to ask is that a lot of people are telling me that I won't be able to get a complete grow without adding supplemental LED grow lights or let her go with what is working???

But I don't use it like my Dad used to with sphagnum moss and that way but it's a good little box for a plant or two if you are tight on space

Well, you do have to do more work than that lol. Letting her tell you what she needs means you haven't properly planned. If you wait to have leaf issues before instituting change, your plant is already in trouble.
It's a balancing act of observation, preperation and knowledge of what you're growing, what you're growing in and the genetics needs. This all takes experience.
Good news is you're here, learning. That's 80% of the battle. You'll get it.

Thanks I'm looking forward to seeing it through and it's just like u said it's something that you get better at with time and mostly experience with growing

I've only used cfls for cloning, but I'm fairly certain you're going to need A LOT more light. I flower with about 350 watts(from the wall) of leds in a 3x4(2 mars hydro ts600s and an Amazon "1000w" cheapie) and am wondering what i can do with better lights. Thinking of building my own, but the ballasts are not cheap and I'm broke.

Have you actually finished in that thing? Wow... you got any pics of those? You could get a 75-100 watt led for the top n boom done. I have the same one in pieces. I took it apart to update its lighting and haven’t got to it yet. But u could easily buy a few led tubes or strip lights for the sides and a small led board for the top and it would be kick ass.

Same boat bro... still searching for a cheaper source for the led quantum strips

Forgot those things even existed . . . girl I knew way back when (mid 80's) had one and managed to get some bud out of it . . . can't remember anything about the bud, but I do remember she had to cover the thing every night for flowering because it was glass sided.

Ya that’s the one. I’m gonna paint the exterior black on the clear and add mirror where it’s missing. Just wanna play with the thing n see if I can get a bad ass bonsai bud plant done in it and get some killer smoke of course. :weed:

Should be ideal for that . . . of course the reason everybody wanted one was to watch their grow from the couch, never thought to paint it.

Yes sir. Got mine from a buddy who had it in his room n thought that it would flower anyway cause he went to bed at night. Lmao. He held on to it like it was golden.
