help with cloning late flowing plants

ive been having a real hard time cloning a few plants after they were already introduced to 12/12. i have them in soil in solo cups. dome over top with heating map 85 degrees. there are some signs of roots but is there anything i can do to increase the growth its been like 3 weeks pics to come

Nah man, cuts taken from flowering just take forever. If you've already got them in an environment that you've made good clones in before, I don't think there's much extra you can do.

It takes a long time to root flowering cuttings, 3 weeks is certainly not unheard of. I might suggest lowering your temp just a bit, for me rooting takes places a little faster at about 75 degrees F other than that you sound like you are doing everything you should.
