Help with LM301B SMD singles build

I am wanting to build my own high-efficiency grow light using individual smds like the LM301B. was looking at the Samsung F series bars but want to be more customizable and run at a higher efficiency.
Can anyone help with the math and potential schematics to review and reference?
I am willing to put forth the effort so please don't down this post and tell me it's not worth my time.
The goal is a 25"X25" light that can produce an EVEN 950ppfd in veg and 1400ppfd in flower for a 3'X3'

I looked into doing what you want to, and after realizing that soldering the LEDs on to custom designed PCBs was not in my price range or abilities, I opted for an F-Series strip build. 12 strips at 1.1A each mounted to 80/20 extrusion runs them at around 38C and at about 66% of their max current load. I added two UV lights after the fact.

Absolutely not saying it can't be done, just in my experience and budget, it wasn't worth it for what I believe are negligible efficiency increases.
