house being appraised....do i need to be worrying?

nahh they didnt check my closet, they looked at the closet in the master bedroom though, if i wouldnt have put our plastic ficus tree and our tropical rubber plant in front of the outdoor plant the appraiser probly woulda seen it because he had to walk in the backyard and took a picture of our screened in porch and the plant would have been in the frame of the picture. im glad i concealed it because its fucking giant heres a link to a video i made of it..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5b-Qgcsxh8

Not always that easy. Trust me I went with my father to do a few of these and if something was not open or lock he would finish the report and then tell the home qwner that he will reschedule another time to look into the are that he could not befroe. This way he legaly charged them $50 to return to complete the rst of his pics and report.

look theres no set aproach an apraiser takes.
some check everywhere some dont.
tax appraiser is looking for X
insurance appraiser is looking for Y
real estate apraiser is lookin for Z
and anyone of em could be an ocd house nazi, or some lazy old shit that just doesnt care.

This is true. but they all look for simillar things. Or tax and insurance could just go by what is on the real estae report (like most states do)
