How can I block out sunlight from the windows without any suspicion?

I just leave the blinds down and then use two layers or thick black Polly film. Only cost a couple of bucks and you can't tell from outside unless you get right up a few inches away and look at the edge of the blinds.

no, it is what the put on beams to make a wall. it is also known as drywall. you can get this at your local lumber supply or home depot.
