how do i know when to harvest pic included

whad up?that's a nice looking plant you got there man.
just by looking without any info i would say shes got 3-4 more weeks.
what kind of light is she under?
 
Whatever you do, don't expect these huge buds you see in photos to come out of this plant. I usually wait until I see 50/50 red hairs and white...I can tell by the smell which is hard to describe here, and the look...you could harvest now and get good stuff, or wait and no nitrogen, add potassium etc...see if it don't get some weight. My not happen tho...either way if this is your first plant, you did well and should have at least some free bud.

You have got a long way to go.
Here is mine at about the same time as yours in the last picture.

Now look the other ones 5 weeks later! Your buds will swell up a lot.
The first 2 pictures are the final product at 6 weeks later.
It also depends on strain how long it will take for it to be finished, sativas take longer than indicas.
