You need some NEEM OIL and you have to spray them with lights off Under the leafs and everywhere. every 3 days at least 3x. U have to act fast . Or go to walmart they have some stuff that says they are safe for tomatoes, it has PYRETHINS in it. That stuff is super Toxic to us so becareful. It wont hurt the plant.

I would wait a week at least. Why are you smoking leafs? And are you plucking them off the plant before harvest?

Try this instead of smoking the leafs. When harvesting~~Take off all fan leafs and throw them away. If they have any trichs on them they are more than likely dead because they mature much sooner than bud trichs. Then take off all leafs around bud and set them aside to dry, then manicure bud and all drops go with bud leafs to dry. Once done and dryed, make butter from it. I use a oz of bud leaf for 24 STONEY brownies 6-8hrs of pure laughter.
