That's in the 10th week of flowering? What kind of lights were/are you using?

10 weeks from 12/12 or 10 weeks from actual flowering? They still look to young for the ax. I can't zoom in enough for clear view, maybe a couple weeks. Check trichrome color as 1 way for ripeness.
Clear= not ready
Cloudy= upper heady high
75%cloudy/25% amber= done (personal preference)

if its been in 10 weeks and is an indica its ready hard to tell from pics but id cut it down if 90 percent hairs red

you can never tell just by how long you've been flowering. you gotta look at the trichs and when you have about 1/4 of the trichs turning a dark amber color its time to harvest.
