You are crazy if you think that. Look around at this site you will notice that very few of the non NorCal growers have more than 10 or so plants. If you smoke like i smoke that isn't enough to sell and not worry about running out before the next harvest.

your right, with med pot users it is a different story. but this fellow is definetly NOT a med user. if he was, why would he be asking ridiculous questions about getting rich selling pot?

the fact that someone who CLAIMS to be an honest pot smoker and has to ask what weed costs is quite suspect in my eyes.

Entrapment works in real life, but what you're stating is NOT entrapment.

Entrapment would be if you're at the hydro shop and someone came up to you and tried to get you to do something illegal, like grow pot. You are right that a cop can say he's not a cop. If this guy was a cop, what he's doing is not entrapment also, so really you're right.

But I'm just tired of people saying entrapment doesn't exist... it does. It's just not how everyone thinks it is. Because of how entrapment works, police are usually trained not to do it, so it is rare to happen, but people do get off with entrapment.

Are we talking about Cali? You need to chill the fuck out. I'm speaking as a whole, you just talking about Cali. How can you tell me what the motivation of many growers are? Just like I can't tell you everyone grows for profit, but many do gorw for profit. It's not a matter of how much you smoke, if you have a mindset on getting $ then you will know how to balance.

I'm talking about acitve members of this web site. I know there's people making money but for the most part this site revolves around personal grows and hobby grows. I guess it depends how you define profit. I sell a single or two to my close friends from time to time if it's dry around or i need a quick 50 bucks. I don't really think of that as making money off my grow though but I guess some would. When I think growing to sell I think at least a 5 pound harvest but everyone has a different scale of big money and worthwhile risk to reward.

even getn it from the guy who grows it ... but hes strapped for cash with kids n shit so i can understand .. and it is worth the price.

this is why im growing my own .......... cant wait till i can smoke my own bud!!!
im getn impatient and im going to move up my flowering date ..nov 1st im goin 12/12 on my bag seed plants , im gonna say fuck it to trying to clone bag seed and just flower them and try cloning on my quality plants
by the time my buds are ready .. they should be large enough ;)

This is really a crazy quesiton.... ! guy touched on it... its all about if you are selling pounds.. or if your trying to sling it at 20$ a gram...

if you live in a legal state and are a caregiver i imagine that you could make allot more since you can legally grow allot more... look at ol fdd....

this type of question makes me thing that you do not smoke weed yourself... dont oyu know street prices?...

How much you make per crop is going to vary on a shit load of things..

first on how and how much you grow...(setup)
then how well you take care of how much you grow (TLC)
then how well you cure/prepare what you grow (TLC)
then how well you get the next crop going (starting)

who you sell it too... if you are selling at lbs at a time (which is recommended) youll make less money than slinging it at a corner at 20$ a gram.. but much safer....

I dont think this is a cop... arent they supposed to be smart trained assholes?

yeah you gonna grow enough to smoke and sell? cause if you sell your good shit to make a buck your gonna be screwed having to take that money and buy some sub par smoke till next harvest no one would pay what I'd have to have to get a sac of my shit man. 400 a bag...not sure that would even do it and I can get real good middies 350 QP if you know the right folks I'd put 30gms of mine up against a QP of mids any day no contest..oh and entrapment is when a cop ask your friend can you get me half a sheet of acid and he says I'll try and they arrest him without any acid or money thank god entrapment is illegal in OH....and cops are trained to act dumb and all those hot chicks on here are also probably cops thats what I'd do act like a hot chick and get every sucker around blabbing to much info just a thought sorry ladys "there are some real female growers but hot 20 somethings....NOT

yeah man. if some of our stateside buddies on here came over to our part of the world they would clean up big time, a lot of plants is right. I reckon i could get off with a warning if i was caught with 100 plants. just a good solicitor and a good reason why you grew. Recession = loopholes.

You are absolutely right. But a major commercial grow is a whole 'nuther venue. So many more variables come into play. I am TOTALLY jealous that you can have a backyard looking like that. That is one BEAUTIFUL fuckin' hedge!!!No possible way I could do that here.
Your shit is legal, or almost so. What would happen if someone came at your grow with the idea of taking your shit? Or if you have a large amount of cash from a sale or for a buy, are you gonna show up without some "assurance" that what is yours stays yours?
People talk alot of shit about They'd do this or that, but very few people will actually defend their property vigorously. And if you are not sure how far you'd go to protect whats yours, there are better and safer occupations out there.
Money is only a part of the equation. It's a stressful, and sometimes very dangerous way to make a living and is not for just anyone who is "kinda broke, and wants to make some money."
Obviously there are people growing. And obviously there is alot of money in it. If one decides to do this, they need to be prepared to go the gold. No half stepping. Most of the time, the cops are the LEAST of your worries.
I really envy those of you who can do this with little to no worry.

you can throw up two 1000 watt lights in your garage and pay your mortgage for the year. you don't have to be a "commercial" grower. it's not one extreme or the other. there is a nice safe, relaxed area there. :eyesmoke::eyesmoke:
